Kirby-Hogarty Ships it on Petrascu

Level 23 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Oscar Kirby-Hogarty opened to 50,000 on the button and was called by Ren Lin in the small blind and Bogdan Petrascu in the big blind.

Action checked through on the 675 flop and Lin checked again to Petrascu, who slid a stack worth 100,000 into the middle on the 4x turn. Kirby-Hogarty called and Lin folded.

The 5 filled the river and Petrascu checked, prompting Kirby-Hogarty to announce he was all in. Petrascu folded, leaving himself just 220,000 behind, and Kirby-Hogarty dragged the pot.

Lococo Dying to Talk About His Hand With Swart

Level 23 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Alejandro Lococo raised to 50,000 in early position and Alessio Albore called in the hijack. Andries Swart then three-bet to 180,000 in the small blind and Lococo moved all in. Albore quickly folded.

"I don't know what I can say. I would love to talk about the hand with you, but I don't want to get a penalty," Lococo said as Swart went deep into the tank for his remaining 850,000.

"I'm a crazy guy. I won this tournament in Prague, so I know you have to be a big stack," Lococo added as Swart eventually folded.

"What did you have, two tens?" Albore asked Swart.

"Two tens I snap-call," Swart replied. Lococo then revealed he had ace-king as he took the pot, climbing above 3,000,000.

Level 23 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Ren Lin opened the button to 55,000 before Bogdan Petrascu jammed for 225,000 from the small blind. Lin was not pleased with the decision but after he did some calculations he opted to put in the call.

Bogdan Petrascu: A9 All in
Ren Lin: 104

Lin was behind but he had live cards. However, the board ran out K3398 which was no help to Lin as Petrascu collected the full double up.

In his post-mortem, Lin bemoaned the situation as he stated, "Gamble too much!"

"Cooler hand...what can I do?"

Talbot Takes Out Rabinowitz

Level 23 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Parker Talbot
Parker Talbot

Parker Talbot and Darren Rabinowitz were heads-up on a 824 flop. It appeared Rabinowitz had check-raised a bet from Talbot from the big blind to 160,000. Talbot, who was in middle position, responded by making it 275,000 to go, which sent Rabinowitz deep into the tank.

Talbot eventually called the clock and Rabinowitz announced he was all in for approximately 500,000 total. Talbot snap-called having Rabinowitz covered and hands were revealed.

Darren Rabinowitz: Q8All in
Parker Talbot: 84

Talbot had a commanding lead with his two pair and the 7K runout provided no help to Rabinowitz — eliminating him from contention.

Zabrodotskyi Sniffs Out a Bluff From Scaffo

Level 23 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Heads-up on a flop of 10108, Yurii Zabrodotskiy bet 50,000 from under the gun and Matias Scaffo called in the big blind.

The turn was the 2 and Scaffo led out for 90,000. Zabrodotskiy quickly called and the 3 fell on the river. Scaffo then bet another 275,000.

Zabrodotskiy this time took more than a minute and eventually called once more. Scaffo turned over 76 for a missed straight flush draw and Zabrodotskiy showed J8 for two pair to win the pot.

Lin Chen raised to 50,000 in early position before former chip leader Thomas Haverstad stuck in his last 125,000 on the button. Christianus Lovrencevic then reshoved for 400,000 in the big blind and Chen snap-called.

Thomas Haverstad: A10 All in
