Thiriart Overbets With a Boat

Level 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante
Arthur Thiriart
Arthur Thiriart

The action was caught on the river with roughly 16,000 in the pot, and the board read 467610. Arthur Thiriart led out with an overbet for the rest of Jon Kyte's 22,000 in the seat next to him. Kyte thought it over for a while before making the call.

Thiriart flipped over 44 for a full house with fours full of sixes to take down the pot, as Kyte showed A10 for just a pair of tens.

Jose Sends Calderone to the Rail

Level 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

Eros Calderone shoved for roughly 10,000 from middle position with Carlos Jose making the call from the button to put him at risk.

Eros Calderone: A8 All in
Carlos Jose: A10

The runout of 8J79J did briefly put Calderone in front with a pair of eights on the flop. However, the turn gave Jose the straight and Calderone was sent to the rail.

Unlucky Turn for Guillen as Harwood Sends him to the Rail

Level 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

Alejandro Guillen was in the cutoff and already had 3,300 across the line while facing a raise of 8,000 from Bradley Harwood in the big blind. Guillen responded with another raise to 17,000 and Harwood called.

When the 1062 flop hit the felt, Harwood check-called a bet of 6,500.

The J landed on the turn, and Harwood checked to Guillen who announced all-in for about 37,000. Harwood snap-called while rolling his hand over.

Alejandro Guillen: KK All in
Bradley Harwood: JJ

Harwood apologized as the cards were turned over and the 5 completed the board on the river, sending Guillen out of the tournament.

Riseng's Stack Set to Zero by Rezaei

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Martin Riseng
Martin Riseng

Daniel Rezaei opened to 1,200 from middle position and Jerry Odeen three-bet to 4,500 in the hijack. Martin Riseng, who is donning a Pikachu hat, then shoved for 15,300 from the cutoff, and Rezaei shoved for around 35,000. Odeen had a decision for the majority of his stack but after some time in the tank, he elected to fold.

Martin Riseng: AK All in
Daniel Rezaei: AA

The flop of 529 didn't offer much to Riseng but things spiced up a bit on the Q turn as he picked up a flush draw. Only a club could save Riseng from elimination but the 9 river wasn't what he needed, which meant Rezaei was awarded the pot.

Kassouf and Douch Bust as Couch Scoops Huge Pot

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Will Kassouf
Will Kassouf

Badr Douch raised from under the gun and Cameron Couch three-bet to 9,500 from the small blind. Will Kassouf called in the big blind and Douch called.

The flop came 910Q and Couch checked. Kassouf fired out a large bet of 21,000, around half of his stack, and Badr Douch moved all in for 45,000. Couch moved all in over the top for 61,500.

"There's no f*cking way I'm folding this," said Kassouf as he pushed the rest of his chips in the middle and players flipped their cards.

Badr Douch: 109 All in
Will Kassouf: QQ All in
Cameron Couch: KJ

Douch had two pair, Kassouf a set, but Couch had flopped the world with the nut straight and flush redraw. Kassouf shouted out for a queen or ten, his outs for a full house, but the turn was the J and river the 3.

"So sick, wow!", said Kassouf.

Couch held with his straight to win the pot, nearly tripling his stack and eliminating both Douch and Kassouf from the tournament.

All of the chips went in the middle before the flop and Ramon Colillas was at risk for about 24,000 from the big blind against Stefano Terziani in the cutoff and both hands were on their backs.

Ramon Colillas: JJ All in
Stefano Terziani: AK

They were off to the races as the dealer fanned the K52 flop, pairing Terziani's king to take the lead. Colillas couldn't find one of the remaining jacks to stay alive as the 3 rolled off on the turn, and the 8 completed the board on the river.

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Oleksandr Turych was already up from the table after being all in and at risk from the button against Paolo Boi in the big blind. Their cards were face-up and the dealer was placing the board.

Oleksandr Turych: A7All in
Paolo Boi: AJ

Turych lost hope of stealing the pot when the J69 was placed as he grabbed his bag from his seat.

His elimination was sealed after the dealer placed the 9 turn and J river, leaving Boi to take the pot, having made a boat by the river.
