In a limped pot between the blinds, Marcin Baranski bet 20,000 on a flop of 322 and Harry Lodge called.

Both players checked the K turn and the 7 fell on the river, where what had been a small pot until then suddenly blew up into a massive confrontation.

Lodge led out for 20,000 and Baranski raised to 150,000. Lodge reraised to 400,000 and Baranski moved all in for around 1,000,000. Lodge called with K2 for a full house, while Baranski flashed 98 for a no-good flush as he headed to the rail.

Daniel Myers

Firoz Mangroe made it 40,000 to go from under the gun and Simon Wiciak called from middle position. Daniel Myers called from the small blind and Marc Foggin also came along from the big blind.

The action was checked to the river on the 3105K5 board then exploded into life as Myers led out for 65,000, and Foggin raised to 170,000. Mangroe and Wiciak both folded, then Myers shoved, which put Foggin to the test for his remaining 275,000. Foggin used some extra time but eventually settled on a fold.

Myers was kind enough to show the table 1010 for a flopped set that rivered a full house.

Rantala Out After Flopping Top Pair

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Eero Rantala
Eero Rantala

Stephen Song raised his small blind to 65,000. and was called by big blind Eero Rantala. Song continued for 90,000 on the 6AQ flop and was once again called.

On the 8 turn, Song sized up to 190,000. Another call followed from Rantala, after which the K river completed the board.

Song used one of his time extensions before shoving all in, covering Rantala's stack of 570,000. Rantala spent some time in the tank himself but ended up making the call for his tournament life.

Song turned over A10 for top pair. Defeated, Rantala flipped up his A9 for the same pair but with a lower kicker.

The Finnish player dejectedly headed to the exit while Song stacked up more chips to climb above the three-million mark.

Palma Calls Down Zhechev to Double

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

"Oh my God, I'm going to get a walk, aren't I?" Nick Palma said as the table folded around to Ivan Zhechev on the button, who then raised to 40,000.

"I could have aces right now, you don't know," Palma said as he called. The flop came K76 and Zhechev continued for 30,000. Palma called and the A fell on the turn.

Zhechev bet another 140,000 and Palma called once more. The 2 came on the river and Zhechev bet enough to put Palma all in. Palma let out a deep breath before calling for his last 320,000.

Zhechev instantly tossed Q10 into the muck as Palma turned over A8 for a pair of aces to double up.

Kovalski Flops Set, Gets Outdrawn

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Fabiano Kovalski raised to 40,000 in the hijack with 88. Kyosuke Nagami called in the small blind with KJ, as did Vladimir Erceg in the big blind with 109.

The flop fanned out 658. The action checked to Kovalski, who bet another 40,000. Nagami quickly folded but Erceg stuck around with his straight draw.

The 10 turn gave Erceg top pair and a flush draw, which he checked. Kovalski fired a big bet of 150,000 into the pot, which Erceg paid.

Erceg hit his flush on the 4 river, which was checked by both players. Erceg tabled his cards, causing Kovalski to disappointedly muck his cards.
