Mangroe Turns Quads to Double

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Vladimir Erceg raised to 65,000 from the cutoff, Firoz Mangroe three-bet jammed for 480,000 from the big blind and Erceg called.

Firoz Mangroe: QQ All in
Vladimir Erceg: A7

Mangroe was ahead and the 8Q7 flop improved him to top set. The table discussed Erceg's prospects of victory by hitting running spades, however, the Q turn was the only spade in the deck that had Erceg drawing dead. The river landed the 4; Mangroe's quads ensured him the full double.

Meanwhile Aliaksandr Shylko was eliminated, trimming the field to 32 players.
