Boris Angelov opened to 2,100 and was met by a three-bet to 5,000 by Kiryl Asaulenka.

Action folded back to Angelov and he produced the four-bet jam for 23,000 more, covering Asaulenka. After a minute or so of thought Asaulenka made the call to put himself at risk.

Angelov's king-high was ahead but the flop came Q♠3♦4♦ to give Asaulenka a pair of queens, a lead he would not relinquish on the 9♥10♥ runout.

Miegel checked to Amorella, who continued for 3,100. The call was made and the dealer turned over the Q♣ turn. Miegel took a moment before leading out for 2,000.

Amorella quickly raised all in, and Miegel mucked before the dealer could count the chips.

Odeen was ahead with his set of eights but needed to dodge Troyanovskiy's flush draw to stay alive. The 3♠ turn was safe, while the river was the Q♥ and Odeen doubled up.

Metaal was in trouble versus an overpair, but hope arrived on the A♥8♠Q♠ flop.

PokerStars Announces Full Five Stop 2024 EPT Schedule; Paris and Cyprus Return

PokerStars has unveiled the full schedule for the 2024 European Poker Tour (EPT) season, which shows five destinations, including a return to EPT Paris and EPT Cyprus. Both Paris and Cyprus made their EPT debut in 2023, and they return for 2024, much to the delight of the players.

EPT Paris is the first stop of the 2024 European Poker Tour season. It takes place between February 14-25 at a new venue. The stunning Le Palais des Congres has a 120-table capacity, leading to a more extensive schedule for the festival. Cedric Billot, Associate Director for Live Events and Operations, believes the new-look EPT Paris could be one of the largest EPT festivals on record.
