Action folded around to the blinds, where Alexander Glogar shoved from the small blind, which was enough to put Henrik Juncker all in for his last 975,000. Juncker pondered a bit, but eventually decided to commit his stack into the middle.

Omar Del Pino opened to 400,000 from the button and the short-stacked Alex Glogar shipped his stack of 825,000 into the middle from the small blind. Del Pino made the quick call.

Del Pino was crushing Glogar with an overpair but the 10♣K♠J♠ flop brought Glogar extra outs despite his opponent flopping bottom set.

Sure enough the Q♦ rolled off on the turn to give Glogar the straight and a lifeline for the tournament. The river was 4♣ to complete the board.

Jesse Lonis just moved all in for 1,275,000 from the big blind and was called by Yunsheng Sun, but both players turned over king-queen and ended up chopping the pot.

A few hands later, Sun raised to 400,000 on the button and Lonis called in the big blind. The flop came J♥6♦A♦ and Sun continued for 200,000. Lonis quickly folded, dropping his stack under 1,000,000 and in the danger zone.

Talbot had the best of it with his pair, but the 7♥K♦Q♠ flop paired Juncker’s kings and left Talbot drawing slim.

The 9♣ turn and 4♣ river changed nothing and Juncker was awarded the double up.

Action folded to Henrik Juncker in the small blind who moved all in for 3,000,000. Parker Talbot was in the big blind and tanked for a minute before folding.

"King-ten," Omar Del Pino asked him and Talbot shook his head. "Better," Del Pino added.

"Tight is right," Talbot responded.

Alexander Glogar then moved all in for 550,000 as action went on Michel Leibgorin in the big blind. "I think I'm committed," Leibgorin said before calling.

Glogar paired his nine on the Q♥9♠10♣ flop and dodged Leibgorin's straight draw on the 4♠ turn and 2♥ river to double up.

"Alright, let's gamble," Glogar said as he shoved again the next hand for 1,400,000. Charles Whitehouse gave it some thought in the big blind, also with 1,400,000, before folding as Glogar added even more chips.
