Kerryjane Craigie
Kerryjane Craigie

On a flop of 952 with 7,800 in the pot, Kerryjane Craigie in the big blind moved all in for 22,900. Bruno Bernardino, who checked from the small blind, went into the tank and eventually made the call.

Kerryjane Craigie: 75 All in
Bruno Bernardino: A10

"Hold," Craigie said, with her pair against Bernardino's flush draw. The 3 didn't change anything, but the A river gave the best pair to Bernardino, sending Craigie to the rail.

Schlott Eliminated in Penultimate Level

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Felix Schlott had a shot at a 100,000-chip stack, but instead was eliminated in the penultimate level of the day.

The full board of 61095Q was already showing with Schlott's QJ having rivered a pair of queens after missing an open-ended straight draw. However, Mohamad El Rais had flopped a set of sixes with 66, and after the stacks were counted down, Schlott had just 700 remaining.

Those 700 found their way into the middle in the next hand and Silvio Vitelli rivered a flush, which dispatched Schlott.

Kabrhel’s Gut Instinct Sends Lauck Out

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Martin Kabrhel
Martin Kabrhel

Martin Kabrhel made it 2,400 from the hijack and Jonas Lauck shoved for almost 19,000 from the cutoff. When it got back to Kabrhel, he took his time to think it over, then made the call with his stack of just over 30,000, which put Lauck at risk.

Jonas Lauck: JJ All in
Martin Kabrhel: 108

Lauck was in a great spot to double up, but suddenly didn't feel too comfortable upon seeing the 867 flop, as Kabrhel made a pair and picked up a straight draw. A 10 on the turn improved Kabrhel to two pair, which meant Lauck had one chance to survive.

The 8 river wasn't the card Lauck needed as Kabrhel improved to a full house, which sent the Austrian player to the sidelines.

As Lauck made his way to the exit, he couldn't resist a parting quip to Kabrhel, "How did you know?"

Zawadzki Busts in Two Hands

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

In the first of two consecutive hands, Dean Hutchinson moved all in from the button for 8,600 and Marcin Zawadzki called in the big blind with a slightly bigger stack. The cards were turned.

Dean Hutchinson: 76 All in
Marcin Zawadzki: A8

Zawadzki had his opponent dominated, but the board ran out 9895J to give Hutchinson a straight on the turn. He won the pot and Zawadzki was left with just 7,000.

The next hand, Simon Wiciak raised to 2,000 from late position, then Peter Jaksland three-bet to 6,000 from the button. Zawadzki moved all in for his last 7,000 and both other players called.

Wiciak and Jaksland checked back the 10KJ flop, then then turn came the 6 and Wiciak bet 1,000. Jaksland raised to 5,000 and Wiciak folded.

Zawadzki had 99 for a pair of nines, but Jaksland had K10 for two pair, kings and tens. The river was the 6 and Jaksland held, which busted Zawadzki from the tournament.
