Heads-up to the 8♠K♣K♥ flop, where Lozano chose to check-call a bet of 65,000 from Foggin.

The 4♦ hit the turn and Lozano check-called another bet by Foggin, this time for 240,000.

A 6♣ completed the board, and Lozano check-folded to Foggin's third barrel of 875,000.

Marin Sends Eychenne into the Blender

Thomas Eychenne raised to 80,000 from early position holding Q♦Q♥, and only Sergio Carro Marin made the call from the button with K♦J♥.

When Eychenne saw the J♣4♥2♥ flop come down, he fired out an overbet of 400,000. Marin continued with a call.

A board-pairing J♦ rolled off on the turn and Eychenne slowed down by checking. Marin slid out a bet totalling 700,000, which Eychenne called.

Another check came from Eychenne on the 2♠ river and Marin shoved, covering Eychenne. Eychenne, with 1,540,000 in his stack, used a couple of his time banks, then opted to fold his cards.

In a limped pot between the blinds, Martin Nielsen and Anton Suarez checked to the turn on a board of 10♦3♣5♦K♠. Nielsen then led out for 80,000 and Suarez called.

Nielsen bet another 175,000 on the Q♦ river and Suarez quickly tossed in the chips to call. Nielsen showed K♥4♠, but Suarez had K♦8♣ and won the pot with his eight-kicker.

In a heads-up pot on a board of 7♦10♣J♦2♣, Yohan Rascar checked from the big blind and Rifat Palevic fired out a bet of 325,000 from middle position. Rascar took a few moments, then made the call.

The Q♣ rolled off on the river and Rascar checked for the last time. Palevic burned through a time bank, then checked behind. Rascar showed top pair with Q♦9♣, but lost the pot to Palevic's J♥7♥ for two pair.

Joao Webber opened from middle position to 80,000 and Rifat Palevic called from the hijack. Hiroki Karatsu was in the small blind and call, as did Tobias Leknes in the big blind.

The four saw a flop of 7♠3♥5♠, where Karatsu checked and Leknes led out for 120,000. Webber then raised to 300,000, which got Palevic and Karatsu to fold, but Leknes stuck around with a call.

A Q♣ hit the turn and after Leknes checked, Webber bet 385,000. Leknes decided to let it go.

Artus Gimenez made it 130,000 from the small blind and Thomas Eychenne defended his big blind.

On the 6♦K♠5♣ flop, Gimenez bet 75,000, and Eychenne called to see the J♣ hit the turn. Gimenez put out a bet of 250,000, and again, Eychenne called.

The J♦ completed the board and Gimenez checked. Eychenne shoved for Gimenez's remaining 655,000, and Gimenez went deep into the tank.

Gimenez used up the majority of his time bank cards before making the call for his tournament life. Eychenne revealed J♠2♠ for trip jacks on the river, which eliminated Gimenez, who showed K♥6♣ two pair.

Gimenez headed to the exit earlier than he had hoped, while Eychenne moved up to over 2,800,000.
