The river came the 5♣ and Nikolaev checked a third time. Haitsiukevich went smaller with a bet of 5,500 and Nikolaev went into the tank. He then slammed the chips in the middle, prompting Haitsiukevich to reveal K♦Q♦ for a pair of kings. Nikolaev slammed his cards and Haitsiukevich took the pot.
