Haitsiukevich Paid for Pair

Maksim Haitsiukevich open-raised to 2,500 from under the gun and Luke Marsh three-bet to 6,000 from the button. Mikhail Nikolaev called in the small blind and the big blind came along.

The flop came 7610 and Nikolaev checked. Haitsiukevich bet 4,500 and only Nikolaev called. On the K turn, Nikolaev checked and Haitsiukevich sized up to 8,500, which Nikolaev called.

The river came the 5 and Nikolaev checked a third time. Haitsiukevich went smaller with a bet of 5,500 and Nikolaev went into the tank. He then slammed the chips in the middle, prompting Haitsiukevich to reveal KQ for a pair of kings. Nikolaev slammed his cards and Haitsiukevich took the pot.

Coppola showed AA and Saied tossed 1010 into the middle of the table as he was prepared to make his exit. The river was the 4 and Saied was sent to the rail.

Schwippert had Garcia dominated and was a favorite to double up, but Garcia hit a pair on the 864 flop to take the lead. Garcia also picked up the nut flush draw and stayed in front through the J turn and 3 river to send Schwippert to the rail.

Kaladjurdjevic Doubles as Cai Misses His Outs

Action was on the flop on a board of 246 and Haoran Cai led out for 14,000 from the small blind into a pot of around 20,000. Dejan Kaladjurdjevic then moved all in for 49,700 and Cai snap-called with the covering stack. Players revealed their cards.

Kaladjurdjevic had a pair, but Cai had plenty of outs with his flush draw and gutshot straight draw. Cai couldn't find what he was looking for though, as the turn came the K and river the Q. Kaladjurdjevic held to win the pot, doubling his stack.
