Both checked the 5♦4♣8♣ flop to see the 9♦ turn, and Hurwitz bet 450,000.

Auer called, taking the players to the 3♠ river. Hurwitz bet 975,000 and Auer took a second before making the call.

Hurwitz gestured the pot was Auer's before showing any cards.

Auer showed his A♠4♦ for a pair of fours, and Hurwitz flashed K♦7♣, having missed his straight draw.

Simon Lofberg raised to 600,000 under the gun and Ivan Poroliev called in the big blind.

Lofberg continued for 425,000 on the A♠J♣6♠ flop and Poroliev called. Both players checked down the Q♥ turn and 8♥ river, and Poroliev turned over 10♦10♥, but Lofberg had A♥9♥ for a pair of aces to win the pot.

Adrian Ziemichod then raised to 600,000 under the gun and Matthias Auer called in early position. Amato Landi moved all in for 3,025,000 on the button and Ziemichod folded, but Auer snap-called.

Landi had run into Auer's queens and was looking for an ace to survive. He missed the K♠4♠6♦ flop, but the A♣ fell on the turn and his boisterous rail again erupted in celebration.

The 8♠ came on the river and Landi doubled up yet again.

Lulei Hu opened to 600,000 on the button and Yulian Bogdanov defended the big blind.

Action was checked through the 10♠2♦6♥ flop and the Q♠ turn to see the K♠ river.

Bogdanov check-raised to 3,350,000 after Hu bet 450,000. Hu called and Bogdanov turned over 7♠5♠ having rivered the flush.

Hu mucked his hand, and Bogdanov sat back with a near double than average stack.

Both players checked the 8♣2♣7♣ flop. Poroliev then led out for 400,000 on the 2♠ turn, and Hurwitz called.

The river was the A♥ and Poroliev bet 2,000,000. Hurwitz quickly folded this time.

A few hands later, Yulian Bogdanov raised to 600,000 in the hijack before Poroliev three-bet to 2,200,000 on the button. Bogdanov then moved all in, and Poroliev snap-folded.

Lulei Hu opened to 600,000 from the hijack and action folded around to Rama Prema in the big blind who three-bet to 1,800,000.

Hu sat back, and then moved all in, covering Prema's remaining stack. Prema snap-called, and was at risk for his tournament life and his last 7,400,000 chips.

Lulei Hu: A♠10♥

Prema was ahead, and the 8♥5♥2♣ flop looked good for him.

The 3♥ turn brought a sweat for Hu as he came one step closer to the heart flush.

A 9♥ river was enough to send Prema home, after a brutal knockout with pocket queens.

Ivan Poroliev then raised to 600,000 in middle position and Yulian Bogdanov called in the big blind.

The flop came 5♣2♥A♦ and Poroliev continued for 425,000. Bogdanov then raised to 1,200,000, and Poroliev gave up his hand.

After a few early raise-folds, with Ivan Poroliev picking up a small pot pre-flop, Poroliev opened to 600,000 in the cutoff. Action folded around to Matthias Auer who defended the big blind.

Auer check-called the 5♦A♣Q♦ flop after Poroliev bet 475,000.

The pair saw a 8♦ turn which was checked to the Q♥ river.

Auer checked, Poroliev bet 1,075,000 and Auer folded, passing a pot across to Poroliev.
