The iconic PokerStars Spring Championship Of Online Poker (SCOOP) is one of the most eagerly anticipated festivals on the online poker calendar, thanks partly to its offering of massive prize pools across three weeks of action. Usually, SCOOP runs online at PokerStars throughout May, but the 2026 SCOOP heads to PokerStars two months earlier, with the festival schedule for March 1-25.
PokerStars first ran SCOOP in 2009, and it immediately became a must-play series for tournament grinders of all skill and experience levels. The multi-tiered buy-in structure opens the door for every PokerStars player to experience a world-class poker tournament festival regardless of their bankroll size.
Since its launch in 2009, PokerStars SCOOP has seen more than 143 million PokerStars players buy into over 3,300 tournaments and share a staggering $1.4 billion in prizes, of which more than $216 million has gone to SCOOP champions.
The players have been sent on thier first 15-minute break of the day.
Players were already heads-up with the cards on their backs. David Sobeski was at risk from early position for his remaining 620,000 with Yael Pilo Raz covering from the small blind.
David Sobeski: A♠A♣
Yael Pilo Raz: 10♠10♣
Sobeski was hoping to hold, and despite Raz calling for a "ten, ten", the low 2♦7♣4♦8♥5♥ runout kept Sobeski ahead.

Clyde Tjauw Foe opened the action with a raise to 65,000 on the button. Rama Prema called in the small blind before Antoine Berruel three-bet to 215,000 in the big blind.
Tjauw Foe put in calling chips, seeing Prema fold afterward.
Berruel bet 125,000 on the 10♣2♠6♠ flop, which Tjauw Foe called. He sized up to 180,000 on the 2♥ turn, enough to let Tjauw Foe fold after some thought.
Berruel quickly flashed K♣9♠ to the table before his cards went into the muck and he was awarded the pot.

Alan Horsburgh had three-bet an earlier open to 175,000 on the button. Big blind Merijn van Rooij then moved all in for 555,000, folding out the initial raiser.
Horsburgh spent some time weighing his options before he reluctantly called.
Merijn van Rooij: J♠J♥
Alan Horsburgh: A♦J♣
The competitors wished each other good luck as the inconsequential 2♥Q♥2♠4♠10♣ board was dealt. Van Rooij doubled up, and Horsburgh lost the one big blind he was left with shortly after.

Clyde Tjauw Foe raised to 200,000 in middle position before Antoine Berruel reraised to 360,000 in the cutoff. Amato Landi then moved all in for 1,075,000 in the big blind and Foe called for 330,000 as action went back on Berruel. "You take 45 seconds with kings?" Berruel wondered as he tanked for a few minutes. He ended up folding, leaving Foe heads-up with Landi.
"Ace-king one time," Foe said to Landi as they turned over their cards.
Clyde Tjauw Foe: 4♥4♣
Amato Landi: Q♣Q♥
"Same hand," Berruel said, pointing at Landi's queens. "He took 45 seconds to call 13 bigs. It had to be kings," he added. The board came 5♣5♠6♣J♠ to leave Foe a card away from elimination, but he spiked the 4♦ on the river to make a full house and triple up.
