"I'm going to use my one time," Horsburgh said heading to the flop, which came J35 to give Lesniewski top pair. Horsburgh, though, remained in the lead on the 6 turn, while the river came the K to earn him a double up.

"Do you get to use your one time if you're ahead?" a tablemate asked him.

"Anytime you're all in, you're allowed to use it," Horsburgh replied.

"You should be punished for using your one time when ahead. Horrific bad beat," another tablemate added.

"Okay, I take it back. I still have it," Horsburgh said.

Margereson Both Hates and Loves the River

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Scott Margereson bet 70,000 from the button on a flop of Q107 and was called by Petar Kalev in middle position and Tomasz Brzezinski in the hijack.

The turn was the 9 and Margereson bet another 330,000. Only Kalev called this time, and the 9 fell on the river.

Kalev checked over to Margereson once more, and Margereson took a minute before tapping a chip on the felt. Kalev then showed KJ for a straight, and Margereson mucked.

"You hated the river, but sometimes when you hate the river, it ends up helping you," tablemate David Urban said to Margereson, who nodded in agreement.
