Berruel Doubles Through Prema

Level 28 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Tomasz Brzezinski opened to 160,000 from under the gun and Fahredin Mustafov three-bet to 400,000 from the cutoff.

Rama Prema four-bet for around 1,700,000 from the small blind, leaving just a few chips behind, and Antoine Berruel called for less, with his remaining 1,240,000 from the big blind.

Brzezinski folded, as did Mustafov, leaving just Prema and Berruel to flip.

Prema didn't find any help on the A♦9♠4♦5♥6♦ board, and Berruel doubled with his aces.

Mahersh Selvakumaran made the minimum raise to 160,000 in early position. Ben Hurwitz upped the ante to 425,000 in the next seat, after which the action folded back to Selvakumaran.

The table chip leader quickly moved all in, sending Hurwitz into thought. After a few sighs, Hurwitz said goodbye to his hand as he slid it into the muck.

Both players checked the K♦K♣9♦ flop. Stoyanov then bet 125,000 on the 4♣ turn, and Besselievre called.

Stoyanov bet another 500,000 on the 2♠ river, and Besselievre again called. Stoyanov then showed K♠9♣ for a flopped full house, and Besselievre mucked.

Catching the tail end of a 600,000-chip pot between Matthias Auer in the big blind and Davit Mikhanashvili on the button, Auer slid in a bet of 160,000 on the K♥7♦6♥6♦5♦ river.

Mikhanashvili raised to 450,000, but he quickly folded when Auer moved all in for about 1,500,000.

The turn was the 2♦ and Zhang bet another 430,000. Lesniewski again called, and the 7♥ fell on the river.

Zhang then bet 1,000,000, and Lesniewski folded this time.

The players were looking at a Q♦A♠8♠ flop and Zhang bet 185,000. Selvakumaran made the call, and the players saw a Q♥ turn.

Both checked to the J♣ river and Zhang moved 285,000 into the middle. Selvakumaran raised to 1,000,000 which saw Zhang tank-fold.

In a single-raised pot to the 6♥7♦A♥ flop, Simon Lofberg placed a continuation bet of 80,000 from middle position, which Rama Prema check-called in the big blind.

The Q♠ turn then checked through to the 9♠ river, where Prema bet 360,000. Lofberg spent a few minutes in the tank before the clock was called on him.

However, no floor person was necessary as Lofberg instantly called. Prema tabled A♦J♣ for top pair, but it was not good against the Q♥9♥ of Lofberg, who was awarded the pot with two pair.

The flop came 7♥9♥K♦ and Moreira continued for 80,000. Goldenberg called to the 8♣ turn, where Moreira bet another 100,000.

Goldenberg then raised to 500,000, and Moreira quickly folded.

At another table, Simon Lofberg had opened to 125,000 in the hijack before Fahredin Mustafov three-bet to 450,000 in the small blind. Lofberg then moved all in, and Mustafov snap-folded.
