Bubble Abuse from Mandara

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

With the board reading Q8K in a single-raised pot, Severi Palmu checked from under the gun and called a 6,000 bet from Ryan Mandara in the cutoff.

Palmu check-called a 13,000 bet from Mandara on the 2 turn. On the 9 river, Palmu checked, and Mandara bet enough to cover him. Palmu, who had 41,000 left, opted to fold, and the pot was pushed to Mandara.

Neagoe’s Quads Take the Pot

Level 14 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

It was a battle of the blinds as the board completely fanned out QJJKJ and the pot at about 16,000.

Takumi Odani checked to Darius Neagoe, who over-bet for 47,000, putting Odani in a tough spot. After a long tank, Odani made the call, only to see Neagoe’s J7 for quads, more than enough to claim the pot and leave Odani short.

"What a Day"; Odeen Falls Victim to Jordon's Rush

Level 14 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Jerry Odeen
Jerry Odeen

Jerry Odeen limped in from the button before Terry Jordon raised to 14,000 in the small blind. Quan Zhou called in the big blind, but Odeen then moved all in for 80,000. Jordon reshoved, and Zhou got out of the way.

Terry Jordon: JJ

"What a day," Odeen said upon seeing his eights crushed by Jordon's jacks. The JK4 flop improved Jordon to a set, and the rest of the board ran out 7Q to send Odeen to the rail.

"Good game. Nothing I can do," Odeen added on his way to the rail.

"If you call, I call," Zhou said to Jordon, revealing he had king-queen.
