The action was picked up on the flop as the board fanned out 1096 with about 35,000 already in the pot. Sanghoon Choi led the hijack for 18,000, and Merijn van Rooij called from the small blind, while Gabriele Guerrini folded his big blind.

Both players checked the K turn and went on to the 2 river.

Van Rooij then moved all in, putting Choi at risk for his remaining 52,000. Choi went deep into the tank, using one time bank card before finally finding the fold and leaving the pot to van Rooij.

Sargsyan announced a call after some thought, while Vrancsik quickly got out of the way.

Sargsyan needed to improve against Manikaros' kings to stay alive, but he missed the 10J6 flop. The turn, though, brought the A and Sargsyan took the lead with top pair. The river was the 5 and Manikaros sent over the double up.

Pignataro Survives on the River

Luigi Pignataro raised to 11,000 on the button, Ole Schemion moved all in from the big blind, and Pignataro called for 85,000.

Ignacio Cuesta started the day with under six big blinds, of which he tossed in his last one on the button. Gianfranco Iaculli isolated in the small blind, and the two were ordered to show down.

Roman Stoica limped in from the small blind before Nikolay Ponomarev raised to 15,000 in the big blind. Stoica called, and the flop came A56.

Ponomarev then bet 12,000 and Stoica called. Both players checked the 3 turn, and Stoica then moved all in on the 5 river. Ponomarev called for his last 66,000.

Stoica showed 94 for a missed flush draw, while Ponomarev had KK to win the pot and double up.

At another table, Ryan Mandara and Ivan Uzunov arrived at the river on a board of 8210Q5 when Mandara bet 160,000 from the big blind. Uzunov called in middle position, and Mandara showed A9 for the nut flush. Uzunov sent K8 into the muck, and Mandara raked in the big pot.

Jablonski Busts as Hu Crosses Half-Million Mark

Bartosz Jablonski checked the 10A8K4 river from the small blind to David Hu in the hijack. With about 100,000 in the pot, Hu put Jablonski all-in for his 75,000 remaining chips.

Jablonski snap-called, but his AJ was outclassed by Hu's A8 for two pair, spelling the end of Jablonski's EPT Prague Main Event.
