With the action unopened, Xavier Cortazar moved all in for 580,000 from the cutoff. Raul Mestre called on the button, and the blinds got out of the way.
Xavier Cortazar: 7♠7♣
Raul Mestre:8♠8♦
Cortazar, who hit quad jacks to crack pocket aces at the beginning of the day, was looking for a similar piece of magic from the deck.
Alas, no such help was forthcoming, as the Q♦4♥2♥6♥2♦ board kept the pocket eights firmly in the lead.

Longmao Fan put in a raise to 120,000 in the cutoff. Bernhard Binder flat-called his button, and David Djian and Jose Malpelli came along from the blinds.
The quartet went on to check through the 5♥9♠2♣ flop, after which Djian bet 230,000 on the 6♠ turn. Malpelli and Fan made quick folds, but Binder stuck around and called.
The 8♠ was placed as the river. Djian sized up to 380,000, quickly being looked up by Binder. Djian stood up as he triumphantly tabled K♠J♠ for a flush, and he finger-gunned the cameras as he raked in the pot.

Playing on the button, Raul Mestre raised to 125,000 holding 10♥9♥. Next to act, Leonard Maue moved all in for 1,475,000 with A♣2♣. When the action came back to him, Mestre didn't take much time to return his cards to the dealer.

It folded to Oshri Lahmani in the small blind. He raised to 160,000, seeing Xavier Cortazar call in the big blind. Lahmani slid in a bet of 75,000 on the A♥7♦A♠ flop and 235,000 on the K♦ turn, both of which Cortazar called.
The K♠ river then completed the board. Lahmani slowed down and checked, prompting Cortazar to wager 220,000. Lahmani called after some time in the tank.
Cortazar played the board with his 7♣5♦, leaving Lahmani to take the pot with Q♦4♥ for aces and kings with a queen kicker.

With the action folded all the way to Jose Malpelli in the small blind, he raised to 125,000, which Roman Stoica called in the big blind.
Both players checked the 9♦8♦6♣ flop, prompting Malpelli to pick his betting lead up again on the 4♥ turn. He put 130,000 into the middle, which Stoica called.
The 5♣ completed the board, and Malpelli checked. Stoica then assembled a tower of chips and bet 520,000. Malpelli opted to call, but it was bad news as Stoica tabled 9♠7♣, good for a rivered straight. Malpelli mucked his cards and paid the bet.

Roman Stoica raised to 120,000 from the hijack, and only Longmao Fan called in the cutoff.
On a 4♣7♠7♦ flop, Stoica check-called when Fan took over the betting lead, to the tune of 125,000.
Stoica check-called a second time on the 3♣ turn, this time for 250,000.
Both players checked on the 10♥ river, and when Stoica revealed his A♣Q♠, Fan had that beaten with 6♠6♣.

When the action folded to Oshri Lahmani on the button, he raised to 600,000, leaving 25,000 behind. Xavier Cortazar called in the big blind.
Lahmani's remaining 25,000 was committed on the K♦6♣10♥ flop, and Cortazar had him at risk of elimination.
Oshri Lahmani: J♥10♣
Xavier Cortazar: 8♦8♣
Lahmani had taken the lead on the flop, and it remained that way across the 4♥ turn and 9♠ river, giving him a full double-up.

Roman Stoica made it 120,000 to go under the gun, and David Djian flat-called in the small blind. Stoica continued for 210,000 on the 4♥6♥Q♦ flop, seeing his opponent check-call.
The K♥ turn and 2♦ river were checked to showdown. Djian showed A♣Q♠ for second pair and fist-pumped when he saw Stoica muck his cards in defeat.
An annoyed Stoica cynically mimicked his opponent, seeing his former chips moved across the table as he rolled his eyes and shook his head.

Raul Mestre opened the action with a raise to 125,000 in the hijack. Samuel Ju called on the button, and Miroslav Rizov followed suit in the big blind.
All three players checked the Q♣6♥K♣ flop, and the A♠ turn was also checked to Ju. He then fired 175,000 into the pot, which Rizov raised to 450,000.
Mestre quickly mucked K♥9♥, but Ju was not going anywhere and called after spending one of his time banks. The river fell the innocent-looking 4♥, on which Rizov decided to move all in for 710,000.
Ju shook his head as he went into the tank, but eventually found a call with A♣Q♦ for two pair. Rizov could only show a pair of kings with K♦J♥, cementing his departure in 11th place.
