Bilger Bluffs One Too Many Times

Julien Mariani raised to 125,000 on the button and Jorge Abreu called in the small blind. Raphael Bilger then moved all in for 1,300,000 in the big blind, and both opponents quickly folded. Bilger showed the 5 as he took the pot.

A few hands later, Abreu raised to 120,000 in the cutoff and Bilger called on the button.

Both players checked the K97 flop. Abreu also checked the 5 turn, and Bilger bet 225,000. Abreu called, and the K fell on the river.

Bilger then bet 700,000, and Abreu took about 30 seconds before calling. Bilger tapped the felt in acknowledgement and showed A6 for a bluff, while Abreu turned over Q9 for two pair to win the pot.
