Bechahed Gets Little Value With Trap

Level 27 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Thierry Gogniat raised his button to 150,000, and Sami Bechahed defended his big blind. Both players checked the 776 flop through to the K turn, which Bechahed also checked.

Gogniat then bet 125,000, and Bechahed called. The 10 river was checked to showdown.

"Good check," Bechahed stated as he tabled K7 for a full house, seeing Gogniat add his AxQx to the muck.

The players chopped the pot when the 44QQK board gave them the same hand, seeing Coppola survive in the Main Event.

One hand later, Coppola moved all in from the cutoff with Q9, taking down the pot preflop when Tomas Jozonis mucked QJ in the big blind.

Gogniat Shows Off Ink as Seire Chips Up Further

Level 27 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Thierry Gogniat raised to 125,000 under the gun. Casimir Seire three-bet to 300,000 in the cutoff, and Gogniat snap-called once the action was back on him.

The flop fell 753, prompting Gogniat to show off the tattoo on his chest displaying 72.

He then checked to Seire before quickly folding to the latter's continuation-bet of 175,000. Seire kindly showed a K as he dragged the pot.

Mariani Frustrates Garshofsky on the River; No Limping on Abreu's Watch

Level 27 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Mitch Garshofsky raised to 150,000 in the hijack and Julien Mariani called in the big blind.

Garshofsky continued for 100,000 on the Q84 flop and Mariani called. The J turn was checked through, and the 8 fell on the river.

Mariani then bet 485,000, and Garshofsky called. Mariani showed 85 for rivered trips, and Garshofsky slammed his cards on the table in frustration and began muttering to himself as he paid off the bet.

The next hand, Thierry Gogniat limped in from early position, while Garshofsky, Jessica Teusl, Casimir Seire, and Mariani also came along. The action then went on Jorge Abreu in the big blind, and he moved all in. All his opponents quickly folded.

Abreu allowed the table to pick one of his cards, and they chose the A. "If you have ace-king, do you call?" he asked Gogniat.

"No," Gogniat said with a laugh.

Level 27 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Mitch Garshofsky made it 150,000 to go in the cutoff. Jessica Teusl flat-called in the small blind before Casimir Seire announced an all-in worth 990,000 in the big blind.
