Steve O'Dwyer finished fifth in EPT London for £146,000 last March while his opponent Christopher Frank busted just before him in sixth place for £112,000. These two players are sitting at the same table right before the money bubble today and O'Dwyer got the best of Frank once more.
We picked up the action when the board read , and Frank check-called a bet worth 23,000. On the river the hit and Frank checked again. O'Dwyer bet 75,000 this time and the just 18-year old German tanked for a solid two minutes before making the call.
O'Dwyer tabled for the flopped nuts and took down this big pot. O'Dwyer is on pace for yet another deep EPT run after final tabling three earlier events.
Just before the break, we arrived at a table where Adrian Mateos Diaz was standing, all in and at risk with . Belarus' Vasili Firsau had him at risk with , and snatched the lead away from his Spanish opponent when the dealer fanned .
Diaz threw his hands on his head in shock, and they remained there was the turn and river came , respectively.
Firsau now sits with 185,000, while Diaz is eliminated.

Faced with an open, Team PokerStars Pro Jake Cody three-bet to 18,500 on the button. Freddy Deeb, who finished 12th in the Season 6 EPT Deauville Main Event, cold four-bet to 68,500 from the big blind, and the action folded back to Cody.
The Brit went into the tank, then eventually moved all in.
"How much?" Deeb asked immediately.
The dealer counted down Cody's stack and told Deeb that it was 258,000 more.
"That big?" Deeb asked, referring to the contents of Cody's hand.
Cody remained silent.
Deeb hummed and hawed for for the better part of a minute, then folded face up. Cody slid his hand into the muck without showing, and raked in the pot.
