Daniel Romero bet 900 from middle position and faced a shove from short-stack Nino Andres Jara Parra in the cutoff for 4,400. Romero made the call.
Nino Andres Jara Parra: A♦8♦
Daniel Romero: A♣9♣
Romero had Parra out-pipped and despite standing up for extra equity, there was no help for Parra on the runout of J♦3♥2♣6♥10♠ to send him to the exit.
With 4,700 in the middle, five players saw a flop of K♣8♦2♦. Ruben Tack bet 2,400 from the hijack and was immediately raised by the cutoff who bet 5,700.
The other three players got out of the way and Tack responded with a shove for 21,400. The cutoff was taken aback by the move and opted to get out of the way to give the pot to Tack.
Four players saw the flop of A♥J♣9♣ with 5,000 in the middle. Even Nordbjoern Risloev bet 1,000 and was called by the under-the-gun player.
Both players checked the 3♠ turn, but under the gun bet 1,200 on the K♦ river. Risloev made the call and under the gun tabled K♠Q♠ for second pair, which was not good enough to beat Risloev's A♠4♠
With 14,000 in the middle at the turn board of J♣8♣2♣6♥, Borja Gross in the hijack three-bet shoved for 18,200. Fabrizio Pegoraro made the call from the button.
Borja Gross: A♥A♦
Fabrizio Pegoraro: 8♦6♣
Pegoraro was ahead with eights and sixes and the insurance of a flush draw, but the 2♦ on the river gave Gross a better two-pair to secure a double up to frustrate Pegoraro
