Moon Doubles Through Wazwaz

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Chris Moon was down to 183,000 and got all in from the button, but Rob Wazwaz snap-called in the big blind with {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}. Moon was dominated with {a-Diamonds}{7-Spades} but the {6-Spades}{4-Spades}{7-Hearts} brought exactly what he needed.

"That's not good for me," Wazwaz observed.

The {6-Clubs} and {8-Spades} weren't either and Wazwaz shipped a double over.

Morris Finds the Call Button

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Mark Morris
Mark Morris

On a board of {4-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{j-Spades}, a player in the hijack was all in for 162,000 into about 190,000. Cutoff Mark Morris was thinking things over, muttering some things to himself and to his opponent.

Finally, after tanking a couple of minutes he called with {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}. He was in good shape versus {q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} and the {3-Clubs} river was safe.

Budzakoski Doubles Through To

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

David To jammed on the button for about 150,000 and Nik Budzakoski shoved on his left for less, 69,000.

David To: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Nik Budzakoski: {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}

The {8-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Clubs} was clean for Budzakoski, who must have been battling with To plenty based on their neighbor's comments.

"Back and forth between you two," he said. "You just gonna keep trading chips until the final table?"

Alsup Binks a Lucky Triple

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Rich Alsup
Rich Alsup

Rich Alsup shoved in his last 106,000 from early position and a player a couple of seats over reshipped for around 130,000. Eric Salazar jammed as well covering everyone from the button and he turned over {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} when the blinds mucked. Alsup had {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} and the third player held {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}.

The {3-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} flop brought a flush draw for Alsup. The {6-Clubs} was the brick sought by Salazar but a {9-Diamonds} arrived on the river to give Alsup new life.
