"I Had Pocket Nines As Well!"

Level 3 : 100/300, 0 ante

Danny Barnes opened to 800 from under the gun and was called by the player next to act, the button, and both blinds.

Five players headed to a flop of {q-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}. Barnes checked, and the player next to act bet 1,600. Action folded around to Barnes, who tossed in the call.

Barnes checked again on the {8-Hearts} turn, and the player to his left fired 2,500, which Barnes instantly called.

The {a-Hearts} river checked through, and Barnes flipped over his {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}, announcing, "You're good." His opponent immediately mucked, and the small blind said, "I had pocket nines as well!"

"I wasn't going to hit one then, huh?" Barnes said, pulling the pot toward him.

Kramer's Rockets Good For a Dub

Level 3 : 100/300, 0 ante

Jamey Kramer had his last 6,000 in preflop and was at risk against a lone opponent.

Jamey Kramer: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}
Opponent: {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts}

Kramer found top set on the {j-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{7-Hearts} flop, but his opponent picked up both a flush draw and a Broadway straight draw. Kramer ended matters on the {j-Diamonds} turn, rendering his full house a lock before the {8-Clubs} could fall on the river.

Bryan Skreens and Craig Welko each invested 2,400 to see a {k-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop together, which they checked through to the {j-Diamonds} turn. Skreens checked, and Welko bet 2,300. Skreens called.

Both players checked the {a-Clubs} river, and Welko showed {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} for a pair of queens. Skreens mucked.

Level 3 : 100/300, 0 ante
Bradley Beetz
Bradley Beetz

Bradley Beetz bet 4,600 from under the gun on a {6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{5-Spades} board, and Blair Hinkle responded with a shove for 15,600 from the cutoff. The button folded, while Beetz snap-called.

Blair Hinkle: {5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}
Bradley Beetz: {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

"Good game," Hinkle told the table upon seeing his turned two pair were drawing dead to the set of Beetz, and the {2-Clubs} river confirmed the bustout.

Lauer Doesn't Cower

Level 3 : 100/300, 0 ante

A player in middle position opened up the action with a raise to 800, and next-to-act Ryan Lauer was his lone caller.

The pre-flop raiser continued for 800 on a monotone flop of {7-Spades}{5-Spades}{4-Spades}, and Lauer barely hesitated before ripping all 18,600 of his chips into the middle. His opponent thought for a moment and mucked.

The turn brought the {q-Diamonds}, and action checked through. The player in the hijack checked once more on the {6-Spades} river, quickly folding to Lawson's bet of 3,800.
