Papadopoulos Eliminated by Buettner

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Ioannis Papadopoulos
Ioannis Papadopoulos

Just before the blinds went up, Ioannis Papadopoulos was all-in for 85,000 out of the big blind and earned calls from Adolf Buettner as well as Inaki Gonzales.

Buettner bet the A1010 flop for 150,000 and Gonzales folded.

Ioannis Papadopoulos: K982
Adolf Buettner: AJ105

Papadopoulos was drawing to a joker or misdeal to survive but the 2 turn and 2 river were meaningless.

Kabrhel Gets There on the River, Crosses One Million

Level 14 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Martin Kabrhel bet 30,000 from the cutoff on a flop of 643 and Nikolaos Lampropoulos called in the hijack.

Both players checked the 6 turn and Lampropoulos also checked the 5 turn. Kabrhel then fired out 125,000.

Lampropoulos shrugged, then called the bet as Kabrhel turned over 8772 for the rivered straight. Lampropoulos mucked and Kabrhel took the pot to eclipse the 1,000,000 chip milestone.

Van Loo Picks Off Schlegl

Level 14 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Tim Van Loo was on the button and bet 45,000 on a board of 64J10. August Schlegl called in the small blind, as did Matthias Kribben under the gun.

The river came the Q and Schlegl led out for 125,000. Kribben quickly got out of the way, but Van Loo tanked for more than a minute before he called.

Schlegl turned over AJ53 for a pair of jacks, while Van Loo had KJ95 for a straight to win the pot.
