Cohen Trebles, Berti Survives

Level 21 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Simon Cohen moved all-in from middle position for 250,000 and was called by Fabio Aprile on the button.

Fabio Berti was automatically all-in as he couldn't cover the small blind. Chip leader Chris Da Silva moved all-in which forced Aprile to fold.

Fabio Berti: {7-Spades}{4-Diamonds}
Simon Cohen: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
Fabio Da Silva: {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}

The flop {3-Spades}{q-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and {j-Clubs} turn was safe for Cohen, but the {4-Spades} river gave Berti two pair and is awarded the 75,000 main pot. Cohen takes the 750,000 side pot.

Da Silva Takes Chip Lead After Busting Israel

Level 21 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Chris Da Silva
Chris Da Silva

Chris Da Silva opened to 40,000 from early position and was called by Nemo Israel in the big blind.

Israel check-called a bet of 30,000 on the {7-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{x-} flop. He then check-raised to 350,000 on the {9-Spades} turn after Da Silver bet 125,000. Da Silva called.

The {q-Hearts} river prompted Israel to empty the clip and jammed for around 800,000. Da Silva went deep into the tank and the clock was called. Da Silva decided to make his decision on the flip of a coin and it came the side where he said we would call.

Israel had six-high with {6-Spades}{5-Hearts} and Da Silva scooped one of, if not, the biggest pot of the day with his {q-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}.

Israel Sends Kilincaslan Home

Level 21 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Day 1e chip-leader Ridvan Kilincaslan moved all-in preflop for 495,000 with only Nemo Israel left to act.

There were verbal barbs exchanged between the two players and Israel frustratingly said "Okay you made this personal, I call".

Ridvan Kilincaslan: {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Nemo Israel: {6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}

The board ran out {8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{k-Spades} which was no help for Killincaslan, and he headed to the pay window.
