Schaap Five-Bet Jams

Level 4 : 100/300, 300 ante
Ad Schaap
Ad Schaap

Ad Schaap just picked up a sizeable preflop pot after five-betting all in. A player in early position raised to 900 and Raoul Refos called the bet from middle position. Schaap sat on the button as he raised to 2,900. The initial raiser called the bet, but Refos bumped it up to 10,000.

Schaap thought about it for a minute before moving all in for about 38,000. The initial raiser folded and Refos followed quickly by throwing his cards in the muck.

Feenstra Takes One Down

Level 4 : 100/300, 300 ante

Rens Feenstra just took down a pot against two opponents.

Rob Hollink opened with a raise to 800 from the cutoff and the player on the button called. Feenstra defended his big blind and they went to a flop.

The flop was dealt {10-Hearts}{5-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and Feenstra checked to Hollink, who continued with a bet of 1,200. The player on the button called but Feenstra upped it by raising to 4,300 and that was enough to take down the pot.

Mangroe Wins With Two Pair

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

The {J-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{4-Clubs} flop was already on the table when Firoz Mangroe checked from the small blind. The pot had about 3,000 in it and Tobias Peters bet 1,500 from middle position. Mangroe clicked it back by raising to 3,000 and Peters called.

The turn was the {A-Diamonds} and Mangroe continued his aggression with a bet of 5,500. Peters called again.

The {6-Diamonds} river completed the board and both players checked this time. Mangroe opened up {Q-Diamonds}{J-Spades} and that was enough to win the pot.

Yvel Takes One Down

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

Marciano Yvel opened the action with a raise to 1,000 from the under-the-gun position. Steven van Zadelhoff called from the hijack and Anatoliy Zyrin called from the cutoff. The player on the button and both blinds folded and they went three-way to the flop.

The flop fell {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}{4-Hearts} and they all checked it through. They did the same on the {3-Hearts} turn and the {K-Clubs} completed the board.

It checked to Zyrin and he put in a bet of 3,500. Yvel called and Van Zadelhoff threw away his cards. Zyrin showed {A-Clubs}{J-Spades}, but Yvel showed {K-Hearts}{Q-Spades} to take down the pot.
