Level 11 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

The action was on the turn as the board read {4-Spades}{6-Spades}{3-Hearts}{j-Spades}. Zolbayar Batbold bet 27,000 and was called by Yuriy Zakharov.

The river was the {4-Clubs}. Both players decided to check it down.

Zakharov showed the {j-}{7-} which was beaten by the {a-}{a-} rockets of Batbold as he took some from the big stack.

Rebei Clocks Himself

Level 11 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Karim Rebei and Anton Markov built a pot of more than 100,000 on a board of {2-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} when Rebei bet 60,000 from the button. Markov, from early position, then shoved all in.

"I don't like it," Rebei said as he tanked with about 40,000 remaining. "Ace-king can't win. Did you really call ace-queen 26,000 preflop?"

Rebei eventually called the clock on himself. The countdown reached zero and Rebei pretended to put his chips in but eventually mucked.

"Show the queens," a tablemate said, but Markov returned his cards face down.

"He had queens, probably. Or ace-queen," Rebei added.

Level 11 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

In a blind versus blind confrontation, Andrey Subbotin got his last 25,000 in the middle against Daniel Rezaei.

Andrey Subbotin: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}
Daniel Rezaei: {j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

Subbotin hit the {a-Clubs} on the flop, but it was followed by the {10-Spades}{10-Clubs} as Rezaei made trip tens. The board ran out {6-Spades}{8-Clubs} and Subbotin was knocked out shortly after coming back from break.

Jaka Keeps Climbing

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Faraz Jaka
Faraz Jaka

With 37,000 in the pot, Faraz Jaka bet 4,000 from the big blind on a flop of {7-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{a-Diamonds} before an opponent on the button raised to 12,500.

Jaka called and both players checked the {j-Spades} turn. The river came the {j-Diamonds} and Jaka slowly tapped the felt once again.

The button tanked for about two minutes before betting out 38,000. Jaka snap-called and his opponent instantly mucked, giving Jaka the pot without a showdown.
