Daniel Peche raised the button to 20,000 and Juan Corral three-bet to 100,000 out of the small blind. Peche ripped it for around 300,000 and Corral beat him into the pot.
Daniel Peche: A♦9♣
Juan Corral: A♥J♥
The J♠2♦4♣ flop put Corral even further into the lead with a pair of jacks. The K♠ turn left Peche drawing dead, as the 3♦ river cemented his elimination from the Main Event.
On a flop of 3♥8♣3♠, Charbel Salloum checked from the small blind and Halil Tasyurek threw out a bet from the button. Salloum then raised to 95,000, and Tasyurek called.
Both saw the K♦ hit the turn and Salloum wasted no time in shoving for around 150,000. Tasyurek didn't bother to ask for a count and quickly mucked his hand, allowing Salloum to scoop the pot.
Last May, Azamat Lamkov became the newest $5,300 Mediterranean Poker Party Main Event champion as he defeated a massive field of 1,260 entries at the Merit Royal Diamond Hotel.
Fifth in chips at the beginning of the final table, Lamkov made his way to first place, surpassing players like Mihai Niste (6th, $170,000) and Leon Sturm (3rd, $440,000). Ultimately, Lamkov claimed victory over Kirill Shcherbakov, who finished in second for $680,000. Thanks to this win, Lamkov is not only the proud owner of a trophy, but he's also a millionaire with the $1,000,000 first-place prize.

From early position, Ankit Ahuja raised to 17,000 and only the player in the big blind made the call.
The two players checked the 9♣5♥3♣ flop to see the 9♠ roll off on the turn. The big blind player led out for 15,000 and Ahuja called.
When the 2♦ landed on the river, the big blind player bet 50,000. Ahuja snap-called and was shown 6♣5♠ by the big blind for a pair of fives. Ahuja turned over 6♦6♥ for a pair of sixes to win the pot.
Four players saw a flop of 7♠K♣10♦ and with around 70,000 in the pot, both the blinds checked to Ken Demlakian under the gun. Demlakian then continued for 22,000.
Kirill Ivantsov folded in the hijack, the small blind called, and Adrian Strobel in the big blind bumped it up to 75,000. After some thinking, Demlakian called and the small blind folded.
A 5♦ dropped on the turn and Strobel quickly moved all in, which put Demlakian to the test for his remaining stack of just over 200,000. Around 20 seconds went by and Demlakian tossed his cards away, allowing Strobel to grow his stack to around 800,000.
Sergei Efimov raised to 17,000 from the cutoff and Raul Martinez Gallego three-bet to 78,000 from the small blind. Efimov made the call.
Gallego continued with a bet of 52,000 on the 2♦4♦7♠ flop, and Efimov immediately jammed for Gallego's remaining 183,000. Gallego did some inventory and then made the call for the rest of his chips.
Raul Martinez Gallego: A♠Q♠
Sergei Efimov: K♠4♠
Efimov was ahead with second pair, but Gallego did have some backdoor draws and overcards working for him. The J♥ turn, and K♥ river didn't help Gallego and he was out of the tournament.
Anthony Spinella raised to 16,000 from under the gun and set off a sequence of shoves from the players behind. Yury Artamonov was in the next seat and he ripped in around 200,000 from middle position. A player in the cutoff shoved for over 300,000, and Sam Trickett in the big blind put in his last chips. Spinella wisely got out of the way.
Sam Trickett: Q♥Q♦
Yury Artamonov: A♣K♣
Cutoff: A♥K♥
Trickett had a dream opportunity to triple up but fell behind when the flop came 7♦K♦9♣ as both of his opponents flopped top pair. A 2♦ on the turn did give Trickett another way out with diamonds, but the J♠ river bricked off, meaning the two players in the pot chopped up his chips.
