Samavati Hits the Flop to Bust Tambovtsev

Gurcan Gungoren raised to 60,000 under the gun before Evgenii Tambovtsev moved all in for 275,000 in middle position. Navid Samavati called in the big blind, as did Gungoren.

Samavati and Gungoren both checked the A♦K♦9♣ flop and the 4♠ fell on the turn. Samavati then bet 280,000 and Gungoren folded, saying he had two sevens.

Tambovtsev showed Q♦Q♣, but Samavati had 9♥9♠ for a flopped set as the river came the 10♣ to seal Tambovtsev's elimination.

Jazzar was far ahead with his aces as the K♥5♣10♥4♣ board left him a card away from a double up, but the 8♥ fell on the river to give Dashinka a set and send Jazzar to the rail.

"Not my day," Jazzar said, relating that he earlier had flopped a set of sevens against Amir Saeid's pocket queens, only for Saeid to turn another queen to win the pot.

Erkus Takes Out Dupont

Henry Dupont and Omer Erkus traded raises as the rest of the table got out of the way. Dupont raised almost all of his stack, leaving just a single 100,000 chip behind.

Erkus then asked for the rest, announcing all in and the call was made.

Mutlu Makes an Incredible Fold to Save His Tournament

Konstantin Voronin raised to 85,000 in early position before Vedat Mutlu three-bet to 275,000 on the button. Voronin called and they went heads-up to the J♦9♦3♠ flop.

Mutlu then bet 475,000 and Voronin instantly announced he was all in. Mutlu had around 1,100,000 remaining and tanked for several minutes before turning over two queens and tossing them into the muck.

Voronin confirmed his suspicions were correct, showing Mutlu two jacks for a flopped set as he took the pot.

Skhulukhiya called and they saw the river come 6♣. Rabahie then moved all in for 480,000 and Skhulukhiya quickly folded.

Abdallah Eddine raised to 85,000 in early position and Zaid Al-Khashab called on the button. Vadzim Haiduk then three-bet to 240,000 in the small blind and both opponents called.

The flop came 10♠7♦3♥ and Haiduk continued for 325,000. Eddine folded, but Al-Khashab moved all in. Haiduk tanked for several minutes until calling for 1,065,000.
