In a five-bet pot, both Kirill Shcherbakov on the button and Georgios Tsouloftas in the hijack had seen a flop of 5♥9♠Q♦ where Tsouloftas check-called a bet of 40,000 from Shcherbakov.

Both players knuckled the table on the 5♦ turn and saw the 7♠ land on the river. Again, Tsouloftas checked to his opponent, and Shcherbakov shoved. Tsouloftas had around 220,000 behind and was in the tank for quite some time before he eventually decided to put himself at risk and called.

Shcherbakov then revealed pocket kings with K♣K♦, and Tsouloftas' hero call with 4♥4♦ didn't get rewarded.

The 2♣ turn completed his opponent's king-high flush draw but also gave Hubbell a straight flush, leaving his opponent drawing dead and after the 6♠ river he made his exit from the tournament area while Hubbell claimed the last of his chips.
