Dyer Done

Greg Dyer
Greg Dyer
Greg Dyer was all in for about 21,000 with {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} against Scott Seiver's {J-Diamonds}{J-Spades}.

Seiver called for a jack as the dealer spread the flop and alas, the flop came {J-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}. Dyer took the lead when the {10-Hearts} hit the turn, but it did not last as Seiver spiked the {J-Clubs} on the river to make quads and eliminate Dyer.

Seiver is up to 71,000.

Hoyt Corkins was all in for his last 4,000 with {A-Spades}{7-Hearts}, but had run into Scott Paston's {K-Hearts}{K-Clubs}.

The flop hit both, but it was much better for Paston as it came {2-Clubs}{A-Clubs}{K-Spades}. Corkins had some outs when the {7-Spades} hit the turn, but was eliminated when the {8-Diamonds} fell on the river.

Paston is up to around 40,000.

Gibbons Gone

Joe Gibbons was all in with the {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} on the flop of {J-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{3-Spades} against Faraz Jaka who held the {J-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}.

The turn was the {K-Spades} and gave some more outs to Gibbons, but the river fell the {10-Diamonds} and couldn't do it for him. He was sent to the rail as Jaka picked up the bounty.

Sung Sings a Double

On the flop of {Q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{5-Clubs}, Steve Sung got it all in with Hoyt Corkins. Sung held {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs} against Corkins' {K-Hearts}{J-Clubs}.

The turn was the {A-Spades} and the river the {3-Clubs}. Both rivered flushes, but Sung's was a little bit better to give him the double up. He was all in for 32,125 on the flop and now has over 75,000 chips. Corkins went the other way and dropped to 7,200.

Mizzi Out

Sorel Mizzi was all in and got two callers in Perry Horwich and Joe Gibbons on the flop of {7-Clubs}{5-Spades}{4-Spades}. After the turn brought the {4-Clubs}, Gibbons moved in and Horwich snapped.

Mizzi: {10-Spades}{6-Spades}
Gibbons: {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}
Horwich: {5-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}

The river completed the board with the {2-Clubs} and Horwich won the pot with a full house. He earned Mizzi's bounty and sent him to the rail.
