The "straddle" is on at Table 1 as players have agreed to blind raise under-the-gun.
Johan Schumacher kicked off the party by raising to 200 from under the gun and Bin Weng three-bet to 600 on the button. Schumacher called.
Schumacher checked on the flop of 4♦J♠J♥ and Weng continued for 200. Schumacher folded.
The next hand, Trong Engedal "straddled" to 200 from under the gun and Weng three-bet to 600. Schumacher four-bet to 2,000 in the big blind and Weng called.
Schumacher continued for 1,500 on the 9♣5♣10♦ flop and Weng raised to 4,000. Schumacher folded, leading Weng to claim it was a "value raise" before showing the 8♣.
"See, this is much funner than 100/100!" said Chance Kornuth.
In a heads-up pot on a board of 7♣9♦J♦A♦, Chance Kornuth bet 200 and Bin Weng raised to 1,500. Kornuth then three-bet to 6,200 to bring a quick fold from Weng, leading to Kornuth to show the 9♣.
"That's good enough!" said Weng.
"I'm willing to bluff with the best hand," said Kornuth.
The next hand, Weng opened in the hijack and Kornuth called on the button as the big blind also came along.
Weng continued for 400 on the A♠J♣10♥ flop and only Kornuth called. Weng sized up to 2,000 on the 4♥ turn and Kornuth folded.
Christopher Bilinsky opened in the cutoff and David Ives three-bet on the button.
Bilinsky four-bet to 3,500 and Ives came back over the top with a four-bet to 10,800. Bilinsky folded, and it was the right move as Ives turned over A♠A♥.
