Orhan Ates got all of his stack of 60,000 into the middle preflop with Natan Chauskin making the call to try and bust him.
Orhan Ates: K♣Q♣
Natan Chauskin: A♠A♦
Ates was going to need a miracle from the dealer if he was to crack the aces of Chauskin.
The A♥6♥5♣ flop was a disaster for Ates as Chauskin flopped top set. Ates picked up a straight draw on the J♠ turn, but couldn't get there on the 5♦ river, and was forced to exit the tournament area.
At another table, Felipe Ketzer was seen leaving his seat and has been eliminated from the event. Late registration remains open until the start of Level 10, so Atez and Ketzer have the chance to reenter if they wish to do so.

Heads-up to a flop of 8♣J♥7♦, where with roughly 9,000 in the pot, "Kenar" bet 4,000 from the big blind. Michael Allen, who was seated on the button, raised to 14,000. "Kenar" three-bet to 30,000, which Allen called.
When "Kenar" saw the A♠ drop on the turn, he jammed for Allen's remaining 50,000. Allen did some inventory of his stack and pondered for a while before ultimately deciding to return his card to the dealer.

From the button, Boris Kolev made it 3,600 and only Weiran Pu called from the big blind.
After Pu checked a flop of 9♣3♠7♣, Kolev bet 4,500. Pu check-raised to 13,000, which Kolev called.
Pu didn't slow down on the flush-completing 4♣ turn, as he bet 18,000. Again, Kolev just called.
The 3♦ came on the river, prompting Pu to jam for his last 44,000. Kolev snap-called and was shown a rivered boat by Pu with 9♥3♥. Pu's boat earned him the double-up, as Kolev was holding J♣2♣ for a turned flush.

Maksim Shornikau opened from the cutoff and Birger Larsen defended his big blind.
Larsen started out with a check on the 8♦2♣10♣ flop and Shornikau fired a continuation-bet of 4,000. Larsen made the call.
Larsen checked for a second time on the 9♠ turn, which prompted Shornikau to bet 18,000. Once again, Larsen called.
Two checks followed after the 6♠ rolled off on the river, and Larsen showed a pair of tens with Q♥10♥. But, this was second best to Shornikau's 10♠9♣ for top two pair.

From under the gun, Artur Martirosian checked the 8♥8♦9♣ flop, and Benjamin Leblond bet 5,500 from the button. After thinking how to proceed, Martirosian chose the most aggressive option as he check-raised to 17,000. Leblond made the call.
Martirosian continued with a bet of 15,000 upon seeing the 3♦ turn. Leblond jammed for about 60,000 and Martirosian snap-called.
Benjamin Leblond: J♦J♥
Artur Martirosian: 3♣3♠
The seemingly innocuous turn card was actually the dream for Martirosian as he improved to a disguised full house. Leblond couldn't find any help on the 7♥ river, and he wished the players good luck as he headed to the rail.

Hassan Nashar limped under the gun before Roman Stoika raised to 4,500 from the next seat. Xiaosheng Zheng called from the big blind before Nashar limp-raised to 50,000. Stoika jammed for 100,000, and only Nashar called.
Hassan Nashar: A♣7♣
Roman Stoika: K♣K♥
Stoika was in the lead for now with the Cowboys, but Nasahr did have an ace or some clubs he could hit to win the pot.
However, the K♠J♠J♦ flop left Nashar needing running aces to win, as Stoika flopped a boat. The 8♥ fell on the turn, and the 9♣ appeared on the river, cementing Stoika's double-up through Nashar.

Giorgiy Skhulukhiya raised under the gun to 2,000 and only Thomas Middleton called out of the big blind.
Middleton check-called a bet of 1,500 from Skhulukhiya on the K♣5♠7♣ flop.
The turn came the 2♠ and Middleton check-called another bet from Skhulukhiya, this time for 10,000.
Both players checked the Q♣ river and Middleton took down the pot with A♦7♥ for just a pair of sevens.
