Adrian Strobel raised from under the gun to 100,000 and Aleksandr Chernikov called from the hijack. Salah Assi also called from the big blind.

They went to a flop of K♥7♠8♦, where it checked to Chernikov, who threw out 150,000. Assi called and Strobel folded.

On the 5♥ turn, both checked to the 2♦ river, where Assi bet 150,000. Chernikov snap-called and then mucked when Assi showed a pair of kings with K♣10♦.

The A♥ dropped on the turn and Byrraju checked to Mustafov for a second time. Mustafov bet 375,000, which prompted a snap-fold from Byrraju.

The pair checked it down to the river on the K♥9♥5♥5♦8♥ board, where Oganyan fired 80,000. Bezhanyan flicked in the call and showed 7♥7♣ for a flush, which was good for the pot.

On the same table as Fahredin Mustafov, whose start-of-day chip lead has evaporated as he has around 2,200,000 now. Rahul Byrraju has extended his chip lead to 3,600,000 with four players to go until the money bubble bursts.

Fritz check-called a bet of 60,000 from Ladva on the 5♦A♣6♦ flop to see the J♣ roll off the turn, which checked through.

Fritz led out for 280,000 upon seeing the 2♥ river, and after a few moments, Ladva tossed his cards into the muck.

Arriving at the table to see a pot of roughly 850,000 had amassed on a completed board of 3♣5♦3♦8♦K♠. Manuel Fritz was first to act from the big blind and checked the action over to "Dubai Police", who was seated in the cutoff.

"Dubai Police" announced all in for Fritz's stack of 625,000, which caused Fritz to go deep into the tank. Fritz burned through the majority of his time banks, pondering whether to call or fold. After a few glances over at "Dubai Police", who remained stoic the entire time, Fritz made the call for his tournament life.

"Dubai Police" turned over a missed straight draw with 9♥7♠, and lost the pot to Frtiz's 6♣6♦ for just a pair of sixes. One of their table mates let out a prolonged "Wow!" after seeing the hand Fritz had picked off his opponent's bluff with.
