From early position, Kirill Shcherbakov made it 325,000 to go with Geoffrey Mooney calling out of the cutoff, and Boris Kolev defending from the big blind.

After Kolev checked the 6♣7♥K♠ flop, Shcherbakov bet 275,000, which only Mooney called.

Heads-up to the A♥ turn that checked through for the 8♥ to land on the river. Shcherbakov burned through a time bank before jamming for 1,970,000. Mooney immediately called.

Shcherbakov tabled 8♠8♣ for a rivered set, and this earned him the double-up as Mooney revealed A♣7♣ for aces up.

Both players checked all the way to the river on the A♥10♣10♠Q♠4♦ runout. After Antonius checked for the last time, Kolev bet 650,000. Antonius gave it a brief tank, and then flicked in one chip to call.

Kolev turned over an underpair to the board with 3♠3♦ and lost the pot to Antonius' 9♥9♦ for a pair of nines.

The flop came 6♠4♥4♣ and Kiselev bet 200,000. Kolev then raised to 550,000, and Kiselev called.

The 9♦ fell on the turn and Kolev bet 600,000. Kiselev used a time bank before calling to the 4♠ river, where Kolev slowed down and checked. Kiselev checked behind.

Kolev turned over 10♠9♠, while Kiselev showed Q♠Q♣ and let out a deep sigh of relief and covered his face with his hands after finding out his queens were good to take the pot.

Patrik Antonius raised the button to 300,000, and Jessica Teusl shoved for 1,985,000 from the big blind. After getting an exact count from the dealer, Antonius stuck in the call.

Teusl came into today with the most work to do as the shortest stack and needed to win this race to keep her Main Event journey alive.

The 10♠9♣A♠ flop gave Teusl a few extra outs with a straight draw, but Antonius stayed ahead with his pocket fours.

A 9♥ arrived on the turn to give Teusl even more cards to double with some counterfeit outs.

The dealer burned a card and then put out the 9♦ on the river to give Antonius a boat, and Teusl was the first elimination of the final table in ninth place.
