On a {q-Spades}{8-Hearts}{6-Spades}{3-Hearts} turn, Anthony Elliott had bet 280,000 and Sebastian Jancso raised to 650,000. After a tank, Elliott moved all in and Jancso folded.

"That's poker boys," said tablemate Ali Ayub, "This is f*cking poker!"

Dhiri Doubles Through Elliott

Level 23 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

We got to the table with Raj Dhiri having just doubled with {q-}{q-} against the {9-}{9-} of Anthony Elliott.

"Hold up dealer," said Dhiri, "I just want to check if I'm over average. It's been forever."

On close inspection, Dhiri was approximately 50,000 chips short of average which now starts at just under 2.4m.

O'Connor Wins Two Million Chip Pot Against Zhang

Level 23 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Jamie O'Connor
Jamie O'Connor

The action was opened with a raise from the player in the under the gun position and Jamie O'Connor three-bet in the cutoff. Patrice Brandt cold-called from the button as did Michael Chi Zhang from the small blind and after the initial raiser also called they went four-ways to the flop with 350,000 in the pot already.

Flop: {q-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{3-Spades}

Action checked to O'Connor and he bet 105,000. Brandt folded, Zhang called and the other player folded.

Now heads-up on the turn, both players checked after the dealer revealed the {6-Diamonds}.

The {10-Spades} hit on the river and Zhang took the betting lead for 240,000. O'Connor sized up his own chip stack and raised to 750,000. Zhang seemed to sigh to himself and thought about his decision. After some contemplation, he called. O'Connor turned over {7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} for a flush and Zhang mucked. The two-million chip pot was pushed towards O'Connor and put him over the five million mark.

Ayub Flops Quads Against Elliott

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Raj Dhiri raised from under the gun and Ali Ayub three-bet to 380,000. Anthony Elliott moved all in from the button. Dhiri folded and Ayub called.

Ali Ayub: {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}
Anthony Elliott: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}

It was a classic flip, until the flop that is coming {q-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{q-Hearts} giving Ayub quads. The turn {3-Diamonds} and river {a-Spades} were irrelevant and Ayub doubled up.

Enzo Del Piero raised to 110,000 from early position and Paul Skipper called in the small blind before Shivaan Popat three-bet all in for 825,000 from the big blind. Del Piero took his time before calling.

"Too much value," said Skipper, "I think I gotta risk it." He eventually folded.

Enzo Del Piero: {6-Hearts}{6-Spades}
Shivaan Popat: {2-Clubs}{2-Hearts}

The board ran out {3-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{4-Hearts} and Del Piero knocked Popat out.

Elliott Scoops Lucky River Double

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Anthony Elliott hasn't had it all his own way recently, and found his remaining 680,000 chips in the middle with {a-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} but was up against the {a-}{k-} of Raj Dhiri.

The board ran out {5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} with the fourth diamond on the river handing Elliott a four-card flush and a full double up.
