Rovner's Three-Bet is Enough

Level 13 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Johann Roesnick opened with a raise from middle position to 175,000 and it folded to Alexey Rovner in the small blind. He three-bet to 475,000 and the player in the big blind got out of the way.

The action was back on Roesnick but it didn't take him too long to eventually let his hand go as he pushed his cards to the muck.

Sinclair Gets Farrell Fold

Level 13 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Jack Sinclair opened to 175,000 under the gun, and Niall Farrell called from the big blind.

After a check from Farrell, Sinclair continued for 160,000 on a {k-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Spades} flop, and Farrell called. Both players checked through the turn, which fell {2-Hearts}.

Farrell checked again on the {k-Spades} river, Sinclair bet 600,000 and Farrell gave it up.

Benz Makes Troyanovskiy Fole

Level 13 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

The flop was {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and it was already on the table when Vladimir Troyanovskiy checked from the big blind. Sebastian Benz sat in the hijack and fired a bet of 80,000 which was called by Troyanovskiy.

The {q-Clubs} was added to the board by the dealer on the turn and Benz fired another bet of 130,000 when Troyanovskiy checked again. The Russian got out of the way this time and Benz picked up the pot.

Hoog Takes Pot that Nobody Wants

Level 13 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Yake Wu opened to 135,000 from under the gun, and got calls from Alfredo Wilhelm in the hijack, Selahaddin Bedir in the small blind and Jesper Hoog in the big blind.

None of the four players made any bets through the rest of hand, with all checking through all streets on a {10-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{k-Clubs}{8-Hearts} board. Hoog's {k-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} was good enough to take down the pot at showdown.

Grewe Eliminates Fast in Biggest Pot of the Tournament

Level 12 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Markus Grewe opened to 120,000 from middle position, Dietrich Fast three-bet to 360,000 from the hijack, and Grewe called.

Grewe check-called a 220,000 bet from Fast on the {9-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{a-Hearts} flop.

Grewe checked again on the {q-Spades} turn, and Fast bet 900,000. Grewe raised to 2,750,000, and Fast called.

Grewe went all in on the {8-Clubs} turn, and Fast called off his remaining 2,000,000 chips. Grewe turned over {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades} for a rivered straight, besting Fast's {q-}{j-} two pair.

Grewe eliminated a short-stacked player a couple of hands later, and is now the tournament chip leader at over 12 million chips.
