Full House for Baldwin Against De Meulder

On the paired {Q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{6-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} board, Eric Baldwin fired a bet of 2,200 into Team PokerStars Pro Matthias De Meulder. De Meulder made the call and the river added another lady to the party, bringing in the {Q-Hearts}. Baldwin bet 4,200 and De Meulder made the call again.

Baldwin rolled over the {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} for a full house, queens full of jacks, and De Meulder mucked his hand.

Rousso Avoids Trap

Vanessa Rousso
Vanessa Rousso

Javier Dominguez Gomez limped in early position, a player in middle position raised to 700, and Vanessa Rousso called near the button. Gomez called as well, and the flop fell {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}{4-Clubs}. Gomez checked, the player in middle position continued for 1,400, and only Rousso called.

The turn was the {5-Diamonds}, and Rousso's opponent led for 3,400. Rousso tanked for over a minute, raised to 7,000, and her opponent called.

The river was the {4-Spades}, the player in middle position checked, and Rousso thought for over two minutes before giving up, tabling {q-Clubs}{9-Clubs} for a busted flush draw. Her opponent opened up {a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} for a full house, and won the pot.

Winzeler Shoved On

After one player checked the {A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{7-Spades} flop, Hans Winzeler fired 800. His opponent check-raised to 2,200 and Winzeler called.

The turn was the {2-Spades} and the first player fired 5,000. Winzeler put in a raise to 11,025, but his opponent came right back with a reraise all in. Winzeler was covered by the shove and opted to fold and leave himself with 23,000 in chips.
