Schemion Never Backs Down

Level 17 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante
Ole Schemion
Ole Schemion

We don't know how to interpret the smile on Ole Schemion's face, but it always seems like he's finding a way to get an edge on his opponents.

Here's what happened.

The action started on Chris Oliver in the under-the-gun position who raised to 16,000. Paul Kuzmich three-bet to 34,000 and the other players folded to Ole Schemion in the small blind. The German pro put in a four-bet to 78,000 and Oliver quickly folded.

The action was now back on Kuzmich and he five-bet to 126,000. Schemion went into the tank for about a minute before he announced, "all in." Kuzmich looked back down at his cards and folded.

Stern Jams On Shorr

Dani Stern raised to 18,000 from the hijack seat, and Shannon Shorr reraised to 43,000 from the button. Action folded back to Stern, and he moved all in. Shorr was covered by Stern with only about 160,000 in chips behind after his three-bet, but quickly folded to give Stern the pot.
