Riess Doubles Through Lin

Heads-up to the flop, Ryan Riess checked and Ren Lin bet 4,500 on the button. As Riess was in a brief tank, Lin joked "don't slow play aces". A few seconds later, Riess jammed for 13,300 and Lin snap-called.

"Beach time," Philipp Gruissem instantly remarked before the cards were revealed.

Rheem and Hudon Battle Preflop; Sparks Fail to Ignite

There was a raise preflop on Table 23 before Chino Rheem reraised to 1,600 on the button. Eliot Hudon made it 4,600 to go from the small blind and action folded back to the defending champion.

Rheem quickly five-bet to 11,600 and Hudon went into the tank. The latter eventually let his hand go and the duo exchanged words to try and figure what hands they had.

Hudon remarked he may have folded ace-king and Rheem responded by saying he had two black cards which were the same.

"You had aces?" asked Hudon but Rheem declined to answer.
