Khouiss Ousts Chick
PokerNews' own blogger Heath Chick has just been knocked out of the field here in Event #4.
Working with a short stack, TassieDevil got all in on third street, and was looked up by Sam Khouiss. With no further betting action, the hands were turned up and the cards were run out:
Chick:
Khouiss:
Chick makes two pair, but Khouiss makes a bigger two, tens over eights, sending his opponent to the rail. Khouiss has chipped up to about 29,000 in the process.
Demetriou Doubles Through Wiebenga
Andrew Demetriou got all in on fourth street with Clint Wiebenga. After the dealer ran out all the cards, here's what their hands looked like:
Demetriou:
Wiebenga:
Demetriou's full house, deuces full of kings, was good in the end and allowed him to double up to 11,000 chips.

The Final Four
Aussie, Aussie, Aussie... Gone, Gone, Gone
Oliver Gill raised and then Joe Hachem called all in for his last few hundred chips.
Hachem:
Gill:
The board ran out and that was it for Hachem. He just couldn't pull a low or hit a straight to stay alive in the tournament and is ousted to the rail. Gill now has 16,000 chips.
Palti Takes a Run at Hachem
Under the gun, Abel Cabrera raised it up, and Michael Palti three-bet from the cutoff seat. Joe Hachem cold-called the bets from the big blind, and Cabrera put in the extra bet as well.
The three-handed flop came . Hachem led out with a bet, Cabrera raised, and Palti re-raised. Hachem added another bet on top, Cabrera folded, and Palti made the call all in. With no further betting, and Michael Palti at risk of elimination, the hands were turned up:
Palti:
Hachem:
Hachem was in the lead, but Palti had plenty of outs for both halves of the pot. The turn was a blank but sure enough, the hit the river, giving Palti the scoop with a flush and his seven-six-three low. He moves up to 11,000, while Hachem is crippled all the way down to just 375 lonely chips.
