Any time there is a PokerNews Cup going on, we are almost certain to see Munich's Karl-Heinz Metz. The PN Cup regular has entered six times. However, he will have to re-enter to make the money or have a chance at the top prize in this year's Main Event due to busting out after already dwindling his stack down to 16,000 chips.
Metz pushed all-in with

and two other opponents. He was unable to improve his hand on the board and is now out of the tournament.
We haven't seen the last of Metz, however, with two more opening days tomorrow. Metz shared with his he will focus on ring games at King's Casino tonight and try again tomorrow with hopes of making it to Day 2.
