Feliers Stack Takes a Big Hit
Just like many other players, Alexander Feliers re-entered again today on Day 1C again after he gave it a shot in both of the last two starting days in our Main Event. So far, every time he failed just before reaching Day 2. Whether this will change today, seems currently questionable because just he suffered a severe setback when he hit against a flush but lost two pair on the river.
The five players limped into the pot and saw a flop of . Huseyn Erbey led out for 1,200, which was raised by Feliers to 2,600. Erbey got out of the way, however, Frank Rohrmuller called to see the turn.
On the turn came the . Feliers checked, his opponent bet 3,000, and Feliers called.
The spiked the river, which turned out to be a good card for both players. Rohrmuller bet 18,000, and the action paused while Feliers was thinking things over. Feliers called, and was disappointed when he two-pair was no match for Rohrmuller's flush.
