Anatoly Chen Drags A Big Pot

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

An {8-Spades}{2-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop brought out the fireworks between Anatoly Chen and Rayan Chamas. After Chamas had bet the flop, Chen raised to 35,000. Chamas responded by shoving all in for 125,000, which sent Chen deep in the tank. Eventually, he settled on a call.

Rayan Chamas: {K-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}
Anatoly Chen: {Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}

Chamas found himself in dire straits and needed the king to escape elimination. Neither the {9-Hearts} turn nor {4-Clubs} river provided the help, launching Chen to almost 400k.

Schwartz Doubles Through Hanna

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

In the last minutes before the break, a pot of 28,000 emerged between Georges Hanna and Zachary Schwartz. The former bet the {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{6-Clubs} flop fopr 13,000 and Hanna moved all in, which Schwartz quickly called for his last 58,500.

Zachary Schwartz: {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}
Georges Hannes: {A-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}

Schwartz secured the double on the {3-Diamonds} turn already, and the {2-Spades} river was meaningless.

Tajana Zizic and Mihails Morozovs watched the action between Andreas Berggren and Maria Lampropulos, as the former had three-bet to 13,000 and called the four-bet of Lampropulos for 24,000. On the {9-Clubs}{8-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop, Berggren checked and folded after Lampropulos bet 20,000.

Hong Ships Stack to Kalaroutis

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

The {A-Clubs} was still showing while Nan Hong's stack was counted. The player from China stood no chance against the {A-Spades}{A-Hearts} of Dimitrios Kalaroutis when the board ran out {10-Clubs}{8-Spades}{6-Clubs}{10-Spades}{6-Spades} and Kalaroutis indeed had Hong covered to claim the pot.

"That was a gift wrapped up," another player at the table said.
