Day 3 Gets Underway Shortly; Nandor Solyom Leads
Yesterday chipleader Nandor Solyom said that a deep run was still "far away" despite there being only 58 players left in the PokerStars Festival Bucharest Main Event. Well, today gives players a chance to take one more step towards a deep run and a shot at the €133,400 in prize money that awaits the winner.
Shortly behind Solyom is Daniel Nietrzebka. In fact, only 30,000 separates the two at the top of the standings. Nietrzebka was unlucky not to wrestle the overnight chiplead away from Solyom after winning a large pot late in the night.
Both Day 1a chipleader Tamas Kabatnic and Stefan Fabian are also in attendance, and will look to put another solid day in order to catchh up to the two chipleaders.
Action gets underway at 1 p.m. local time with the plan to play down to a final table.
