Right Call From Daniel Harwood

Level 4 : 150/300, 50 ante

Three players got to the river of a board reading {3-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{10-Hearts} and Chuc Khuu bet 2,700 getting one fold but giving Daniel Harwood pause for thought.

Harwood talked out the options to himself, wondering if it was a value bet before flicking out calling chips.

Khuu had a piece with his {9-Diamonds}{8-Spades} but was just behind the {j-Clubs}{9-Clubs} of Harwood.

Steve Watts Busts Albert Sapiano

Level 3 : 100/200, 25 ante

Albert Sapiano moved all in on a flop of {a-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{a-Hearts} and was called by Steve Watts. Both were below starting stack but it was Sapiano who was the player at risk.

Sapiano was on a flush draw with his {k-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and Watts had trips {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}.

The turn was the {q-Spades} and the river the {5-Hearts}.

“I never hit my draws.” said Sapiano as he took his leave.

Leon Louis Defends His Blind

Level 3 : 100/200, 25 ante

Glenn Cochrane opened up the action and found one caller in big blind Leon Louis.

Louis check called a bet on the flop of {7-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{j-Clubs} and on the turn card {6-Spades} he called another bet of 625. The river was the {3-Hearts} and both players checked.

Louis showed {10-Spades}{7-Clubs} and although Cochrane looked long and hard at his hole cards he couldn’t beat that and mucked.
