Hajjar Doubles Again; Takes a Bite Out of Onodera

Level 7 : 300/600, 100 ante

On a flop of {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{3-Hearts} with roughly 3,000 in the middle, Henrique Onodera was first to act from the small blind. He put out a bet of 2,500. Yesica Curti folded from the big blind while Georges Hajjar called from early position.

The turn was the {9-Spades}. Onodera asked to have a look at Hajjar's stack before plopping out a bet of 4,000. Hajjar moved all in for roughly 10,600 before Onodera quickly called.

Onodera: {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}
Hajjar: {A-Clubs}{10-Hearts}

The board completed with the {K-Clubs} and that was it. Hajjar earned a double up with his better three of a kind and moved back over the starting-stack mark.

Gabrenja Dusted as Curi Nearly Triples

Level 7 : 300/600, 100 ante

Carlos Curi limped in from the cutoff and action folded around to Yesica Cutri in the small blind. The Argentinian raised, making it 1,800 to go and Matias Gabrenja called from the big blind. Curi called as well and the three took a flop.

The dealer rolled out the {K-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} board and Curti continued, betting 2,000. Gabrenja called before Curi moved all in with his stack fo 12,800. Curti called the shove and Gabrenja called all in as well with his shorter stack.

Curi: {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}
Curti: {K-Spades}{J-Spades}
Gabrenja: {K-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}

The board completed with the {7-Spades} and the {5-Spades} and that would do it for Gabrenja who was eliminated as Curi nearly tripled up with his set of sixes.

Georges Hajjar Doubles Up

Level 6 : 250/500, 75 ante

Georges Hajjar was in middle position and got all the chips in the middle against a single opponent in a flurry of activity on a flop of {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}.

Hajjar: {Q-Spades}{Q-Hearts}
Opponent: {A-Spades}{6-Spades}

Hajjar was way out in front with his set of queens against his opponent's top and bottom pair. The {2-Diamonds} turn and {J-Hearts} river changed nothing and Hajjar took the pot to double up.

Ili Gets More From Scacewater

Level 6 : 250/500, 75 ante

Jose Ili opened with a raise to 1,150 from early position. Action folded around where Mark Scacewater was his only called from the big blind.

The flop came down {Q-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and both players checked to see the {J-Hearts} on the turn. There, Scacewater led out with a bet of 1,100. Ili called.

The river was the {3-Clubs} and Scacewater slowed down and checked. Ili put out a bet of 1,700 and Scacewater thought for a bit before calling. Ili showed him {K-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} and that was good for him to take down the pot as Scacewater mucked his hand.
