Kim Wins Three-Way All In

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Randy Lew opened to 4,500 in middle position, and small blind John Kim clicked back to 7,000. The big blind jammed for 29,900 and Lew tanked a few minutes before moving all in as well. Kim thought a bit and then slid his stack of just under 55,000 in.

Lew: {6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}
Kim: {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}
Big blind: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

Everyone had a pair, but Kim's turned to three of a kind on the {10-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{4-Clubs} flop. The {a-Diamonds} gave him more cards to fade, but he filled up on the {a-Spades} river.

Players are on break for 20 minutes.

The flop came down {Q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{9-Spades}, giving Nadolski a pair of queens to take the lead. The turn was the {4-Clubs} to keep Nadolski ahead, but the river was the {K-Spades} to give Kim a pair of kings to score the elimination.

Dan Howe called in the big blind, and Adam Sanders made it 40,000 to go from early position. Drory tanked a couple of minutes and looked very pained but put in a call. Howe quickly mucked.

Drory mucked upon seeing {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs} from Sanders.

Gagliano and Lew Play a Big Pot

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Michael Gagliano and Randy Lew played a big three-bet pot with Gagliano in the small blind and Lew in the hijack. With over 40,000 already in the pot, Gagliano bet 18,000 on a flop of {6-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{4-Hearts}. Lew called, and both checked the {j-Spades}, though Lew cut out 40,000 and looked ready to bet before tapping the felt. Both players also checked the {k-Clubs}, and Gagliano turned over {j-Hearts}{9-Hearts}. Lew couldn't beat it.

Ramdin and Greenstein Stumbling Early

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 200 ante
Team PokerStars Pro Barry Greenstein
Team PokerStars Pro Barry Greenstein

Team PokerStars is off to a rough start.

Barry Greenstein saw a {9-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} flop for a raise from middle position against a player in the big blind, who check-called 5,000. Greenstein barreled again for 7,800 on the {k-Diamonds} turn, and his opponent put in 15,000. The dealer made him put in 600 more for a legal raise, and Greenstein nonetheless folded after some time.

At another table, Victor Ramdin called the all-in shove of an early-position player who had about 11,000. Ramdin held kings and was fading only a pair of deuces, but his opponent called for a backdoor heart flush and got there with the {k-Hearts} river.
