Andy "BowieEffect" Wins Third WCOOP Title

Andy Wilson
Andy Wilson

Most online poker players will go their entire careers having never won a PokerStars World Championship Of Online Poker (WCOOP) title, but Andy "BowieEffect" Wilson is not like most players. The popular British grinder first won a WCOOP title in 2021, the same year he won his first Spring Championship Of Online Poker (SCOOP) tournament. WCOOP title No. 2 came in 2024. Wilson became a three-time WCOOP winner on September 18 in the 2025 WCOOP.

The $1,050 NLHE 6-Max PKO attracted 151 entrants who created a $175,000 prize pool. As you would expect from a $1,050 buy-in event, the final table was a star-studded affair. Albanian superstar "king153246," Juan "Malaka$tyle" Pardo, and "10Badboy10" fell by the wayside, leaving the tournament four-handed.

Those four became three when Simon "C. Darwin2" Mattsson busted in fourth before Vlad "VladTheSlaye" Martynenko saw his latest deep run end in a third-place finish.

Wilson went on to defeat Romania's "goshaleg" heads-up, turning his $1,050 investment into a third WCOOP title and $39,871 in prize money, including bounties.

Dainius "Dainiux" Antanaitis Wins the $1,050 Razz Championship

Dainius Antanaitis
Dainius Antanaitis

Lithuania's Dainius "Dainiux" Antanaitis sat down at the final table of the $1,050 World Championship of Razz armed with a chip-leading stack, and he used that big stack to superb effect. Antanaitis emerged victoriously on the evening of September 18, leaving a trail of online poker superstars in his wake.

The first casualty at the final table was the Thailand-based Russian mixed game genius "FAL1st." Serial crusher "king153246" joined him on the rail soon after. Others who fell short included Patrick "pads1161" Leonard in fifth, Saulo "sgsabioni" Sabioni in third, and Denis "aDrENalin710" Strebkov in second.

Strebkov had started the day seventh from nine in chips, but embarked on an impressive comeback that Antanaitis halted in its tracks.

Antanaitis Leads With Nine Left in World Championship of Razz

Dainius Antanaitis
Dainius Antanaitis

It's not quite the final table, but it's damn close in the WCOOP $1,050 World Championship of Razz with Dainius "Dainiux" Antanaitis holding the chip lead.

Antanaitis has already own four WCOOP titles over his career, but will need to battle against some of the biggest names out there. Patrick "pads1161" Leonard already has a dozen to his name, but watch out for the bottom three players in the chip counts.

Between them, Denis "aDrENalin710" Strebkov, "king153246" and "FAL1st" have 24 WCOOP titles to their names. Who's ruling out someone coming from behind to snatch victory in this one?

Samuel Vousden
Samuel Vousden

From a field of 75, Samuel "€urop€an" Vousden emerged triumphant at last night's final table of WCOOP 51-H: $5,200 NLHE [Super Tuesday High Roller].

Vousden, who took down last year's WCOOP Main Event for $1,007,058, took home $101,216 after defeating Talal "raidalot" Shakerchi heads-up.

It's a sixth WCOOP title for Vousden, who won his first nine years ago, coincidentally also in the Super Tuesday.

Benny Glaser
Benny Glaser

In one of the smallest fields of this year's WCOOP, there was a second title of the year — and fifth in total — for Adam "ISmellToast" Crawford as he won WCOOP 55-H: $1,050 NL 2-7 Single Draw.

He defeated a field of 35 players, beating Renan "Internett93o" Bruschi heads-up with all-time WCOOP title leader Benny "RunGodlike" Glaser in third.

Crawford won the World Championship of NL 2-7 Single Draw for his second WCOOP title back in 2022, with his others coming in Stud Hi/Lo and Razz.
