Old Mouse Shoves Out Ouellette

Level 11 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Dave Ouellette, on his second bullet, raised to 9,000 in the cutoff and Roger Old Mouse three-bet to 20,000 on the button. Ouellette called to see the K710 flop.

Old Mouse then bet 15,000, and Ouellette called. The turn was the 7 and Old Mouse moved all in. Ouellette had around 30,000 remaining and took a minute, but he eventually gave up his hand.

Lindsey Flops the Joint For a Double Knockout

Level 11 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Leighton Lindsey
Leighton Lindsey

With around 40,000 in the pot on a flop of Q810, Dave Ouellette, who had only just joined the field, bet 20,000 from under the gun and Brad Magnus called in the cutoff. Leighton Lindsey then moved all in from the button.

"I just sat down," Ouellette, accompanied as usual by his dog Jack, said with a laugh before calling for 50,000. Magnus also called for his last 70,000.

Brad Magnus: QJ All in
Leighton Lindsey: J9

Lindsey had flopped the nut straight, while Magnus was looking to complete a flush draw. The 2 turn and 4 river were no help, and Lindsey scooped the pot to send both opponents to the rail.

Ouellette quickly reentered, but Magnus was already on his third bullet and his tournament officially came to an end.

Lytle Calls Down Brown

Level 11 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Heads-up on a flop of 9Q9, Brian Lytle bet 15,000 from the button and Josh Brown called in the cutoff.

Josh Egle raised to 6,000 in early position and was called by Cole McFarland on the button and Andrew Jelle in the big blind.

The flop came QJ3 and Egle bet 10,000. McFarland called, while Jelle then moved all in for 90,000. Egle reshoved, and McFarland got out of the way.

"Wow, set city," a tablemate said as Egle showed down another flopped set against Jelle's two pair. The board ran out 86, and Egle took the pot to send Jelle to the rail.

"If he just calls with queen-jack there, double knockout," McFarland said, saying he had ten-nine and would've hit a straight.

At the same table, Rick Lehman is sitting on a stack of more than 300,000.

Eight-Deuce is the Nuts For Hass

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Rick Hass moved all in for 70,000 from the big blind and Shane Broesder put him at risk on the button.

Rick Hass: 82 All in
Shane Broesder: A3

Hass had been caught making a move, but the J108 flop gave him the lead with a pair of eights. The rest of the board ran out 7K, and Hass doubled up.

"I don't hold grudges. Not against this guy, but all in with eight-deuce is the nuts. I had credibility at some point," Hass said.
