"The sun shines on a dog's ass," Bobby Cobb said to tablemate Damon Muehl, who was sitting on a stack of more than 200,000 as Billy Davila opened to 3,000 in middle position.

"I've been lucking out," Muehl replied before three-betting to 11,000 in the small blind. Ron Crane called in the big blind, while Davila got out of the way.

Both players checked the A♦3♣2♠ flop. Muehl then bet 10,000 on the A♥ turn, and Crane called.

Muehl bet another 25,000 on the 7♠ river, and Crane again called. "I don't have an ace...I have two of them," Muehl said, turning over A♣A♠ for quads.

"Run better. You're not getting any cards," tablemate Scott Grasse said in jest as Muehl went up past 300,000.

Action folded to Frank Lucero who moved all in for 10,000 in the small blind. "Just us? You probably have me," Scott Grasse said as he called in the big blind.

Scott Grasse: 10♦8♣

"You definitely do," Grasse said when Lucero turned over his queens. The flop came A♦3♥8♠, but Grasse hit the 8♥ on the turn to make trips. The river was the 4♣ and Lucero headed to the rail for the second time today.

"I don't even feel bad about that one. How can I not call?" Grasse said after the hand.

Daugherty had Magnus dominated as the flop came Q♠8♥2♦. "Not enough hearts," Magnus said, getting up from his seat while the J♦ and 4♦ completed the board to send him to the rail.

Nathan Allen raised to 2,500 in middle position and was called by Dan Burcham on the button, as well as Kevin Ellis and John Bailey in the blinds.

All four players checked the 6♥4♦Q♠ flop. Ellis then led out for 7,000 on the 7♥ turn, and only Burcham called.

Ellis checked the 3♥ river, and Burcham moved all in for 14,600. Ellis folded, and Burcham flashed the 5♥ as he took the pot.

Jelle was ahead with his pair of fives, while Majdic was chasing a straight draw. The 9♦ turn was no help to Majdic, while the river was the 10♦ and Jelle held on to send Majdic to the rail.

The flop came K♥A♠2♣ and action checked to the hijack, who bet 12,500. Wells called, while Braukmann got out of the way.

Both players checked the 9♦ turn, and Wells then moved all in for 20,000 on the 3♠ river. His opponent snap-folded.

Kelly Jonasen bet 3,000 from middle position on a flop of 2♠J♥8♠ and Pat Davey called on the button, as did Leighton Lindsey and Eli Phillips in the blinds.

Jonasen bet another 3,000 on the 4♣ turn and Davey and Lindsey called, but this time Phillips raised to 13,500. Only Jonasen called to see the 6♣ river, where Phillips bet another 13,000. Jonasen took a minute before calling.

Phillips showed 9♠4♠, while Jonasen had K♥J♠ for top pair to win the pot. "Had no idea where I was at," Jonasen said.
